☀️ I regularly want to drink sake, packaged sake 🍶. Banshu Yamadanishiki is my own standard 😆. Sweet smelling and hoity-toity 🍶 ☺️ Fresh sweetness and freshness are the usual ones 🤗. The sweetness spreads mildly in the mouth with slight carbonation and quickly disappears 🫥. This is it, this is what I wanted to drink 🤗❗️

I have been hooked on Yamagata Masamune since last year. I am aware that the brewery brews sake that has a good balance between classical and modern flavors, and also has a quality and robustness to it when the aroma is gorgeous. The aroma of the same sake changes depending on how it is pressed, and of the two methods, "tateoshi" (wooden tank or tub pressing) and "yokoshoshi" (automatic pressing machine like a yabuta), the latter is shown here. Is it a vinegar-iso type with a hint of banana or melon and magic ink? When you drink it, it is like a rumney...well-balanced! You would think that a balanced sake would generally be a dry sake, but it is more of a umami type sake. But it also has a gorgeous flavor with its umami acidity, aroma, and gasiness, and while you might think it has a strong sweetness, everything is in moderation, so it is not excessive. That is why it has a good balance! It is interesting that the aroma gradually changes to juicy and fruity rather than the impression you get immediately after drinking it. This is a model of a delicious sake that I feel anyone would like. There is no need to be particular about what you eat, it goes with everything. Sorry for the mess, but even though it was May, I tried it with kimchi nabe, and it went perfectly with it! Even if you include Jyushiyo, it is my favorite brand of Yamagata sake.

☀️ Lightly murky? No, it's murky there 🤍. Apple-flavored sweet and sour 🍎. It has a low acidity and a clean sweetness. It crackles🫧 very much like apple cider🍎. The 12% alcohol content makes it light to drink😅.

On the palate, there is a tangy sensation and a refreshing sweetness.  The aftertaste is short, with a slight bitterness.  Not difficult to drink at all, and goes well with Japanese food.

Lately I tend to buy Chiebijin because of the label.  The sweetness is moderate and refreshing, with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.  Tingling and a slight bubbling sensation on the tongue 🫧.

I let it sit in ice-cold temperatures for about a year, but the sweetness is still the same.  The palate is refreshingly sweet with a clean aftertaste.  A little bit of alcohol in the aftertaste, but it is pleasant.  A bottle where you can feel the deliciousness of rice.

Open a bottle of this sake made from rice suitable for sake brewing developed by Hakutsuru, a major sake maker. Jikin Junmai Ginjo Hakutsuru Nishiki Compared to Hachitan-Nishiki and Senbon-Nishiki, this bottle has an elegant sweetness and flavor!

The fizziness was not as strong as the warning, and it didn't blow out,...  It was slightly schwishy, and the flavor felt sweeter and silkier than a regular snowball: ⛄️  The last one was more dobrok-like, with a thicker cakeshoot at the bottom.

☀️ I recently bought a tall 🥳 bottle of the beautiful tasake that everyone at Sake no Wa has been posting about. It's a thin light blue🩵 bottle that looks like a bottle of Ramune😄. I kept it in the fridge for about a week and the oli settled to the bottom of the bottle. When I turned the jar upside down, a fuzzy mass came down: ☁️ It looks like there is a laputa in the center 🏰. It's sake 🍶. In the mouth, it is soft, calm and sweet😊. Plenty of rice and plenty of flavor 🌾. Feels tangy on the tongue, which is typical for a raw sake 🤔. As you drink it, the hidden acidity makes it sweet like a ramune 🥤. There was a cohesiveness of sweetness and umami until the end 🤗.

Kachikoma Shiboritate Honkai Hiragana Kachikoma, this is the first time I have had it. It is freshly pressed sake. It is al-soaked, isn't it? Rough mouthfeel. It has a strong umami flavor, and the alcoholiness on the nose is nice👍. The moderate sweetness and the crisp finish are pleasant and keep you drinking. The second and third days, the umami seems to become more refined. The sweetness is not too assertive and the alcohol is felt on the tip of the tongue. Delicious😍.
