☀️ I was curious about this sake 🍶 because it has a good reputation at Sake no Wa. Sake rice is 100% Omachi🌾. Sweet aroma and firm sweetness like peach🍑. The sweetness is not clingy and is refreshing. A little astringency at the end ❓🤔. The sweetness and sourness are well balanced so I thought it was flavorful and easy to drink 😊.

This year, I was able to purchase Akamu SEA, which I was unable to purchase last year.  Slightly sour, no bitterness, sweetness is gentle.  It can be drunk without any discomfort, and can be drunk like water 🍶.

☀️ I was curious about this sake 🍶 after learning about it on Sakewa. I found it and bought it 😁. Reihou 100%🌾. Moderate sweetness and crisp acidity😄 Very slightly carbonated 🫧, goes down your throat like a soda 🤔. Finally, rice flavor hidden in the acidity 🌾😚. Sake with a characteristic acidity and a clean taste🍶. I've been told that the sake brewing expresses the sea 🌊, and that's what it looks like when you say it 🧐.

I had a chance to try haccoba's sake at an event and enjoyed it, but my local liquor store did not carry it, so I found it and bought it immediately!  It has a good balance of sourness and bitterness with a slight effervescence, and a complex aroma due to the inclusion of chili pepper, myoga, and sweet summer peel.

This year I was able to purchase both MOUNTAIN and SEA, so I opened the bottle from MOUNTAIN.  It has a strong freshness, sweetness and bitterness are mild, and the acidity is well pronounced.  It was a refreshing bottle perfect for the lingering summer heat.

It has a volume that is hard to believe for a 13% alcohol by volume sake. It is relatively dry and light, but the overall harmony is beautiful. It is mainly astringent, with a slight sourness and bitterness mixed in. Perhaps because of its low alcohol content, it has very little attack, making it a dry sake that is easy to drink. I served it chilled. It's delicious! Perhaps it is because of the 90% milled rice ratio, but the main flavor is the miscellaneous taste of the rice, which is combined with a very light feeling. The rice flavor is also present in the background, so it is not just light 👍. I prefer sweet and umami type of sake, but recently I experienced a sake that combines spiciness, astringency, acidity, and bitterness very well, and I'm starting to like this line of sake as well 😅. I had it chilled. The aroma I got from the bottle is as follows.  Aroma: Slightly old sake-like aroma  -Aroma: Sourness and astringency that goes into the nose. Even though it is unfiltered sake, it has a brown sugar aroma like an old sake. It is not heavy, but has a strong sense of rice flavor, and has a presence even though it is light. I drank Yamagata Masamune for the first time in about 10 years this year, and that was Mitsuo Yamakawa the other day. And is it Imadeya's PB at Izakaya? I drank "1898" and confirmed it was my favorite sake. I was going to buy it the next time I saw any of them at the liquor store, but they seem to sell out quickly, so I asked them to reserve it for me and somehow bought it. Basically, it is a dry mellow sake with a strong flavor. It has a slight rummy taste that gives it a summery flavor. It is a full-bodied sake, so I would like to taste it with a meal, but I think it did not go well with yakisoba noodles on the first day. But when I paired it with fried food, it tasted great! It is really interesting how the taste of sake changes with food! On the second day, it became so mild that it could be drunk on its own, and was full of Yamagata Masamune's typical flavor. I was not expecting to succeed in my yakisoba revenge! It's amazing that it can turn into a sake that goes well with anything in just one day! The impression remains the same on days 2 to 5, and instead of deteriorating, it tastes better than the first day! This is a brewery I want to follow in the future. I am impressed!

Overall 10 (out of 10) I got a bottle of Tasake summer sake! The label is very lively and summery 😃. It's refreshing and doesn't linger: ❣️ It's not sweet and tasty, but it's dry rather than spicy. I felt it's a dry sake to drink in hot summer with a nice chill 🍶😋. I had it chilled. Tasake Junmai Ginjyo Yamadanishiki summer sake, purchased because of the label.  As is typical of Tasake, it has a strong rice aroma, a slight sweetness, and a bitterness, but I don't mind it too much.  It is refreshing from start to finish, so it was delicious.
