Toyo Bijin Bessen Yamadanishiki 720ml (1,485 yen)
When drunk in a cooled state, it has a sweet-tart flavor with a slight banana-like aroma.
It is also good that the price is reasonable in spite of the recent price hikes.

Morishima Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo 720ml (1,870 yen)
It has a fresh aroma like white grapes and is clean and light on the palate when cooled. As it cools down a little at room temperature, the flavor of the rice comes out. It seems to be a good sake for both Japanese and Western cuisine.
Anyway, the label is cool. The picture of a rock is also very cool.
