This is Banshu Aizan ❤️ which has been well received by everyone in Sakewa. Every time I see it posted, I have been thinking "I must drink this...I must drink this...".
So when I saw it, I immediately bought it 🤩.
Now it's time to open the bottle🍶.
Moist, deep sweetness and umami 😚.
It's a Sharaku taste but less sweet and unrefined and lighter than Yamadanishiki 🤔.
There is a tingling in the mouth at the end of drinking ⚡️ but there is no gassy feeling.
It was a bottle that left me with a strange sensation of zawazawashi 🍾🤗.
As expected of Sharaku, as expected of Aizan❤️

I bought it immediately because it was so well received 😁ma-ki, if you drink it again, I think you should compare it with a set of standard sake rice such as Yamadanishiki🌾 in order to experience Aizan ❤️ 😆.

I thought it was not too sweet for Aizan 🤔I guess the regular price is about 2800 yen for 4 gou ❓It seems to be seasonal, so it might still be available 😅.
