I have been wanting to try Sentori Yukidaruma for a long time. As expected, it was refreshingly shwashy. The elegant taste of rice soaks into your tongue while the sweetness is moderate. This is my first Mimuro Cedar Daiginjo. It was the last bottle at the store. This is a must buy! Let it cool overnight and enjoy! Ohhh! This is "appleooooo!" Slightly sparkling with a hint of bubbles. And it is exquisitely sweet. It is very delicious! There is absolutely no miscellaneous taste at all. It gives a very beautiful impression. It's so easy to drink! This is the third cup of the "Mimuro"... As expected, it was made by Minomuro Cedar!

Yamanaka Sake Shop at Ekimarche Osaka the third drink I wanted a dry sake, so I chose this one! As described in the description, it is "dry with a touch of dryness and a touch of sweetness cut off." The first sip is refreshingly crisp and spicy! The sashimi went well with the entrée 😆. I like the dry taste. 〰︎ I'm sure I'll get addicted to this one too.

Yamanaka Sake Shop at Ekimarche Osaka Second Cup I have been wanting to drink this Mimuro Cedar for sometime. The store's introduction described it as "clean drinking, umami and fruitiness" and it was just as described! I was impressed. I like Nara Prefecture's sake in general so much that I want to be able to talk about it, and Mimurosugi is a must-try 😆.

On my way home from running errands, I went to Yamanaka Sake Shop at Eki Marché Osaka. I really wanted to buy some sake, but there was already no space in the fridge for other sake, so I didn't buy any this time and had some on the spot. ☺️ The first drink We started with a sparkling sake. The carbonation and acidity were the most noticeable, but there was also a bitterness in the sweetness, making it a well-balanced saké!

Tochigi Ai 🥰 rushing in at the end of November I was going to buy Ona's green freshly squeezed but was disappointed to find it sold out 😥. I was wondering between Retro and Classic, so I bought this one. Modern was already sold out 😥. I went back to the same liquor store the next day and they were all sold out 💦. It has a strong, fizzy, bubbly taste. Dry with low acidity. I can feel lactic acidity deep in the aroma and taste. I was also interested in the Modern and Retro but they were sold out 😥.

The last sake at Ekimarche Osaka Yamanaka Sake Shop was also from a new brewery. Kameizumi Shuzo's Kameizumi CEL24 Jungin. I had wanted to try this sake after learning about it at Sake-no-wa, and it was on my list of sake to take home until the very end, but I gave up on it in tears, so I decided to have just one sip. So I decided to have just one sip. First, the aroma. From the aroma, it is like a pineapple. I was expecting the sweetness to be strong, but the taste is surprisingly light and smooth. However, the taste is surprisingly smooth and smooth, but as the review by Sake-no-Wawa says, it is still very tasty with a strong sweetness of pineapple. It was fruity and easy to drink from start to finish, with a slight spiciness in the aftertaste. My wife also found it very easy to drink.

First, a sake from a brewery new to me. Toyobai Junmai Shiboritate Nama Sake by Miura Shuzo. We immediately started drinking. First, the aroma. It has a sweet aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the smooth taste. Then, there is a gentle sweetness, followed by a slightly spicy aftertaste. It is also very tasty. By the way, one of the two bottles we brought home was a new Junmai Ginjo from Toyobai.
