At first I didn't recognize Tenmei when I saw the label.
It is sweet and sour and has a nice aroma.
On a day when cherry blossoms are in full bloom, this is a drink that makes you feel spring.

Aiyama🎵
Labels difficult to photograph💦.
Rounded on the palate. It's gorgeous and sweet, but basically mild and more suited for eating than on its own.
The first day I thought it was a bit too sweet, but I think it has a perfect balance of apple-like fruity sweetness and sake-like character.
I heard there is also a draft of this, so I'd like to try it 😋.
Aiyama❤️
I can tell from your impressions that it is extremely delicious 😋It's called Aiyama by Kaiun, and Shizuoka seems to have a high level of Aiyama sake, even if there are only a few varieties!
Ane-san Aiyamama❤
The direction of the flavor may be close to that of Kaiun's Aizan 🤔.
I wonder if it's the influence of Shizuoka yeast?
In Shizuoka, Garyubai and Aoi Tenshita also produce Aizan, so if you see it, please try it 🤗.
The one I've been wondering about for a while.
I thought it would be just a light mist, but I was surprised that it came out quite well. It's not too sweet and it's dry. It's like a cider 🍎🥂.
I drank it after returning to Fukuoka from my parents' house. A souvenir from a liquor store in Osaka.
Is it extremely rare?
At room temperature.
The aroma is modest.
Hard water with a core flavor. Slightly dry.
The impression is that it is quite easy to drink even though it is a sake yeast yeast yeast.
It has some weight and umami from the rice.
It was served with inari sushi.
From the intermediate level of sake drinkers.
Purchased when returning to Fukuoka from a trip back to Osaka.
I found myself at the 500th sake check-in.
The 500th sake check-in was Kido, which is often seen in Osaka but not so often in Fukuoka.
It is very rare.
Cold sake.
Mild aroma.
It has a refreshing taste, cleaner than the ancient rice sake Ine Mankai that I drank before. While the first half is slightly sweet, the aftertaste is not quite shiso juice, but has a distinctive bitterness.
It may be tasty on the rocks.
Suitable for intermediate sake drinkers.
Congratulations on 500 check-ins, Eezy! ㊗️🎊🎉🎊㊗️
Akakido, I had never had it before, so that was helpful!
I envy you Kyushu also has many attractive sake 🤤Continue to have a great sake life 👍🍶!
Good morning, Izzy 😃!
Congratulations on 500 check-ins ㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️ 🎉500 bottles in about 2 years! That's a great pace 👍We started liking sake in our 50's, but it's nice to start in our 20's!
I found a display of Okunoto and bought it without thinking. It looks like a brewery in Wajima. I chose this brand in support of Ishikawa, but it is really delicious!
I think it is the best brand I have had today.
It was fruity and very easy to drink! It is light anyway! I know it's a tough time for you, but I'm supporting you even if it's only a little!
Hello, Morincho 😃
Shirakiku from Okunoto! It's delicious 😊.
I understand that all the people at the brewery are safe and sound, but I'm worried about the half destroyed warehouse 😥I'll be drinking and cheering to help them get back on their feet👍.
