At the recently built Kakomo's in Baltika 03.
My favorite sake. The moment I drink it, I feel happy with a flower garden spreading. It's delicious.
We had a special lunch set with sashimi. The sea bream was plump and delicious.
The fourth sake of the day, also a first for me, was from Noto. Minamo ni Uwabu Tsuki.
It had a strong flavor of rice. I guess many Noto sake go well with fish!
I wanted to support sake breweries in Noto, so I tried Takeha for the first time. It is a strong sake that goes well with fish!
The sake went well with grilled eel.
Sake of Ishikawa since I came all the way to Kanazawa.
Sake from Ishikawa, by Naohiko Noguchi Research Institute. It has a strong aroma of rice with a hint of sourness.
It goes well with albacore tempura.
Celebrating the completion of the Kanazawa Marathon.
Katsuma in Toyama. I've been sober for a while, and it's delicious and soaked up...
Fruity and slurpable.
Good evening, Kinako-san.
Congratulations on finishing the Kanazawa Marathon 🎉.
I was remembering Kanazawa while looking at the course 🎵.
I bet the prohibition Akira's Katsuma must have been sinkingly awesome 😊.
Thank you, ma-ki-!
The marathon was hot and I was a wreck, but I had a great time running through the different parts of Kanazawa! Kanazawa's hospitality was the best 😊.
A light nigori (nigori is a kind of rice wine) at Shiraoi. The label is so cute and heartwarming. How can it not be delicious?
Maybe this is the first time I've tasted Wakamizu rice.
It was fresh, tasty and exciting, but I don't remember the details because it's been too long since I drank it. I'll have to record it soon.
Purchased at a souvenir store at New Chitose Airport.
I think it was from Maruta's warehouse? I thought it must be delicious, so I bought it. It was delicious! It has a melon flavor with a hint of alcohol.
The next day after opening the package, the tanginess became weaker.
I am glad I bought it.
I found a bottle of Amber Spring Oorigarami at my usual liquor store 😆.
It's still my favorite type without any complaints. It's a bit like a rum and it's crisp and I love it!
I haven't had Senzuke's ogara-mi this year, so I'm glad I got to try it!
The last one was Okura's Yamahai.
It was very easy to drink and had a greener feel than the one from Yukihikoyama. This is also Aizan, but it is totally different from Kaze no Mori.
It went well with the tofu with unrefined soybean curd. It was my first time to try it, but it goes too well with sake.
The second cup was Yukihikoyama, which is apparently a rice called Benkei, which was the ace sake rice 100 years ago.
This is a great easy drinker. It has a refreshing aroma with a slight green tinge.
The picture on the label is also very nice.
Asano Sake Shop, which has not been here for a long time.
Aizan. Fruity, gorgeous, and refreshing. Too delicious! I didn't know that 80% polished rice could be like this. Amazing!
Sakekasu ice cream was also delicious!
The morning after the Hokkaido Marathon, I went to Nijo Market.
There was only one cup of sake available, and while I wondered if it would be a bad idea to drink alone before 8:00 a.m., I drank what I wanted to drink!
It's a one-cup sake, but it's refreshing, easy to drink, and goes well with fish. It goes perfectly with the salmon.
I couldn't finish it and thought about taking it home, but I left about one third of it because it's worse to walk around drinking one cup in the morning. Sorry(. _.)
Good evening, Kinako 😃.
Great job on finishing the Hokkaido Marathon 🤗㊗️
A morning drink as a reward 😆 for this seafood 😍but it's certainly not a good idea to drink around 😆.
Jay & Nobby.
Thank you very much for your help and support! It was all thanks to the cooperative support of our volunteers 😆.
I thought I could go because of the cute design of the cups...but it was still a bad idea. It was the right decision 😂.
Standing drink CHOI as a reward for finishing the Hokkaido Marathon.
The only sake available in Hokkaido was Kuniumare.
It has the flavor of rice and is very easy to drink, and goes well with sashimi.
Second drink at Beard and Bowin.
I had to stop drinking for two weeks from the next day because of a marathon, so what should I drink? I had a hard time deciding, but I decided to go with Sanzen Sakura from Hokkaido. I think I saw that the brewery in Gifu had moved to a new location.
The label is cool. I could feel the delicious taste of rice. We enjoyed it with some side dishes.
Beard and Bowin stopped by before the Hanshin vs. Hiroshima game at Kyocera. I always end up coming here.
I wanted to have a crispy sake.
As the name "Summer Dry" suggests, it was very crisp. The label is a cat and looks loose, but the sake is sharp and crisp.
It goes well with gari gyoza.
Refill is Morishima. I think I used to drink it. The rice is Hitanishiki. Maybe for the first time.
Slightly woody aroma and aftertaste?
It says it's a pure sake, but it's very soft.
With sashimi. Happy time.
