I found a display of Okunoto and bought it without thinking. It looks like a brewery in Wajima. I chose this brand in support of Ishikawa, but it is really delicious! I think it is the best brand I have had today. It was fruity and very easy to drink! It is light anyway! I know it's a tough time for you, but I'm supporting you even if it's only a little!

Hello, Morincho 😃 Shirakiku from Okunoto! It's delicious 😊. I understand that all the people at the brewery are safe and sound, but I'm worried about the half destroyed warehouse 😥I'll be drinking and cheering to help them get back on their feet👍.

I stopped by on my way back to Tokyo 🚃🚄. I've always wanted to stop by a sake bar 🍶 in Osaka. It was sparkling like the New Year. A Daiginjo of Yamadanishiki! Delicate silky bubbles from the second fermentation in the bottle 🫧. Sparkling sake. It's exceptionally delicious 🥰. A lot of things to do at the beginning of the year. Osaka station is very crowded. Eki Marche, where Yamanaka Sake Shop is located It is a little bit secluded It's a little bit secluded and has a very cozy atmosphere.

This is the Kachiyo zodiac bottle from last year. The 🐱 is covered with 🐉😁. This year it has a subtitle "Why couldn't I become a Chinese Zodiac Sign" 😸. It's dark sweet and grape-like 🍇. The aroma on the nose is very fruity. I think there is a little bit of pineapple when the temperature rises 🤔. I have the impression that the taste itself is more subdued than other Takachiyo products.

The first sake of the New Year is a New Year's sake Sake with a 🐉 label The first aroma is creamy and wafting. It has a slight apple-like flavor and is beautiful and naturally disappears from the palate. I think it is delicate and exquisite that it has a strong alcohol taste yet it disappears so beautifully and naturally. The way it disappears without leaving a lingering aftertaste gives it a sense of elegance and style. I made the toso with Mikawa Mirin. I don't usually use mirin, so I plan to drink it with soda or pour it over vanilla ice cream when I have some left over.

I asked the waiter at the store if there was a sake that was fruity, not sweet, and had a strong aroma. The waitress said it would be difficult, but this sake was offered to me. I took a sip and found it to be fragrant and full-bodied. It was just what I ordered. As expected. It is delicious. I would like to drink this sake with my family.

Thin and cloudy. There are bubbles. Fruity aroma reminiscent of pineapple. The intensity of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel has a strong effervescence. Sharp bitterness. Slightly banana-like aroma. Strong astringent aftertaste. Strong bitterness and astringency, giving the impression of being tough and dry, which belies the appearance and aroma. Short aftertaste. Sake that is both refreshing and fragrant.

30 ml at Osaka Ekimarche. As expected of Mr. Tanaka! (I don't know him.) It has a dry, slightly fruity flavor that does not interfere with food at all, and is very easy to drink. Especially when drunk with whale sashimi with ginger and soy sauce, it goes well with the fat of the whale.

While it is called dry, it is an easy-drinking, delicious sake that is a little heavy with sweetness and umami. I couldn't find the red label on Amazon, so I guess it's a seasonal thing? I believe it says it is also good lukewarm...not sure, but it looks like it would be good that way too. About 2,000 yen Polishing ratio 70%. I don't know if I should blame it on the vessel, but for some reason the aroma doesn't stand up in the 60mm trumpet-shaped ceramic and I can't really understand the characteristics 😢. I always feel frustrated because I can't calmly make a sensory evaluation at the store 💧.
