This is the Kachiyo zodiac bottle from last year.

The first sake of the New Year is a New Year's sake
Sake with a 🐉 label
The first aroma is creamy and wafting.
It has a slight apple-like flavor and is beautiful and naturally disappears from the palate. I think it is delicate and exquisite that it has a strong alcohol taste yet it disappears so beautifully and naturally.
The way it disappears without leaving a lingering aftertaste gives it a sense of elegance and style.
I made the toso with Mikawa Mirin.
I don't usually use mirin, so I plan to drink it with soda or pour it over vanilla ice cream when I have some left over.
