It tastes like a fusion of classic and modern flavors, the same as the impression I had when I drank a bottle of nama-shu before. It has a muscat-like flavor and a complex taste. The nama-shu had a strong taste, but this one is a bit milder. It would be interesting to try it warmed up. Not my personal favorite 🤔.

Sake ordered by Umaisan. I had a little bit to cleanse my palate of immobility😅. It's been a super long time since I've had ozeyuki😁. Fresh, fruity, juicy and accented with acidity, just like the label on the back says.

It's been a long time since I've had a steadfast drink 😅. 2001 is when I was in my second year of high school 🤔. I asked the waiter (or is it the manager?) what it tasted like before I ordered it 😁. I asked the waiter (or is it the manager?) about the taste before ordering 😁. I was told that even though it is an old sake, it is kept in a warehouse and has only recently been shipped, so it is surprisingly easy to drink without feeling that it has aged that much. It was easy to drink, with a strong aged aroma, but it had aged nicely. It is still very peculiar though 🤣. I thought it might be the kind of sake that Hirupeko would like. She was drinking it while saying 😊.

Good morning Yasbay 😊 Oh, you sure are bouken 😁. I don't think I would drink it at home so it's only possible to drink it outside 🤔I figured if I can drink it for 380 yen, I might as well make a mistake 😋.

I was allowed to taste the sake that Umaisan ordered. I think we drank it at home quite a while ago. It is fruity, schwitty, sweet and tasty like Muscat or Rumney, and we both said it was very Akabu-like 🤣.

There was a sake I didn't know about, so I asked for it. It was a sake from the Sugiyuu brewery. The rice used was Ginpu. Fruity and gorgeously sweet. Fresh, sweet and delicious 😋. Sweeter and more modern sake than I had imagined. It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and spiciness, and I really liked it. I wonder where I can buy this in Kansai 🤔.

Sashi-Drinking with Mr. Umaisan and Mr. Other Sake 😁. I haven't had this since I drank it at home about 3 years ago. Back then it wasn't a blink-and-you'll-miss-it brand like it is now, but now you can't buy it all at once💦. I knew it was good 😋. Juicy sweetness and fresh gas. The acidity is also impressive. It's unfiltered raw sake, but it's not heavy and easy to drink.

Good evening, bouken! I see that there is a store in Osaka that has Shinshu Kamerei 😳. I've been looking for a place to drink it for a long time, but I couldn't find it, so I gave up and will look again 😀.

Good evening, Yasube! Shinshu Kamerei, there are 2 dealers in Osaka, but I've given up on it as something I can't buy 😅. If you are lucky, you might be able to buy it at Hata Sake Shop in Minami Ibaraki 🤔.

The third cup. Asahitaka, another brand of Takagi Sake Brewery, which brews Jyushiyo. Unlike Jyushiyo, Asahitaka is made from rice other than that of Sake Mirai. The fruity taste and softness of this sake made me think that it had been made before, and I felt that it was of a very high level.

The second drink was my first sake from Ibaraki Prefecture. Morishima was a brand I was curious about! I think I felt the most peculiar and bitter among the three glasses I drank today? LOL! I will try it again next time.

At a standing bar in Tennoji. The first drink, Kouraku, is actually a brand that I've never had before. The first drink is a delicate sweetness with a hint of melon, fruity and complements the food. 🙆‍♂️ I have never tasted it before, but I would like to try it again.

It's been a long time since I've had lomang. It has a fresh and gentle sweetness, perhaps because it is made with mochi rice. Not too sweet, just juicy enough. The other two are Jikkoman and Collage. Thank you very much for coming on such short notice.

As I wrote in my Nilgame post, I changed the location and went to another place sake. Zenkichi since we had a drink at last year's offline meeting. It's been almost a year😳 It's sweet and sour and delicious. Definitely delicious even when fire-aged 😋. I have a Nakanori, but I've never had Zenkichi at home, so I'll have to drink it once.

Putting the salmon monogatari post aside for a moment, here's a drink I had after the event when I went drinking elsewhere with Uma-san. I was surprised to see nirvana tortoise spark on the menu😳 It's the sake from the hanpukai that Pon-chan was drinking. I thought it was amazing that it had the Shinmasa style even though it was low-polished rice. I thought it would be a bit strong, but it's easy to drink. It's a sparkling sake, so of course it's a bit too shwashy! It's sweet but not too sweet. I could understand why it is recommended to be heated, which is rare for Shinsei. I mean, since it's sparkling, I'm curious what the regular Nirvana Kame is like 🤔I can't buy it 🙄.
