I knew this sake from my neighbor's store, but I had avoided it because of the dry image of the tiger label 😅.
I was surprised to find out that it's a mellow, sweet and tasty type of sake.

I was allowed to taste a little of the sake ordered by Mr. Umai-Mai.
It was dark, juicy, and sweet.

This is Jun Natsu. Well, wasn't there a gradol named Jun Natsukawa? I know, right?
Unlike the label and the brand's image, it is slightly fruity and moderately sweet. It has a refreshing, summery taste.
It will continue for a while.

While Meidi-ya's atmosphere is not so friendly, this is an easy to enter restaurant.
I don't think there are many places where you can find a standing bar where the music of Hysta is played inside the bar.
I've been wanting to go there for a long time, but the owner told me that the stock was the lowest in the past due to the anniversary event 😅.
I was shown the menu for the anniversary event and the lineup was superb, including the Jyushidai and Shinmasa hanpukai 😍
The first drink was the much talked about new brand Jyuseki.
They are trying to start their own brand to survive after the end of the contract with Gekkeikan to sell their vats.
I've seen this pattern a lot lately 🤔Taga in Shiga and Kamosho Brewery in Hyogo are also in the same boat.

Kyoto sake made with Kyoto rice, water, and yeast.
It seems to be made under the concept of a food sake, but it is also very tasty on its own. Seemed a bit cloudy.

I was told that No.6 would be open on June 6 at another sake brewery, which I am always grateful for, so I finished work quickly and rushed in, only to be informed that it was empty one minute before the event.
The manager was so sorry that he asked me if I would like to offer him a gold sparrow.

Well, Golden Chun Chun ✨It has a sour taste and is quite dry, probably because it's a sake brewed from a traditional sake yeast stock. Refreshing but fruity. I thought it would be more peachy, but it's more like a sake flavor.
It was delicious!
