It is a gentle, slightly sweet sake with a nice sharpness.
It tasted similar to Honkin.

Honkin was one of the brands I was interested in.
As the name "Sukitooru" suggests, it was a clear sake with a hint of sweetness and a clean aftertaste! たっつうThe second cup is for raw glasses only.
This brand is named after the fact that all brewers at Hagino Shuzo wear glasses.
This sake is characterized by its acidity, making it an easy drink for beginners 🍶. たっつうAt Tennoji and other places sake.
The first cup was Shizen-go.
It was a clear yet gentle sake that is typical of Fukushima sake. 🙆♂️
The word "fragrant" seems to describe a good aroma wafting in the air, but to be honest, I couldn't even smell it😅. ワカ太On the way back from a tour of liquor stores in Kita-Osaka, we stopped by another sake shop and the husband chose Shinshu Kameiring.
I was surprised when I took a sip of this 🐢 and was told that it might be better than Asahitaka if I could only taste what was in the glass😳.

I guess it depends on the timing of opening the bottle and how long it has been in the bottle, so it is strange to compare them, but that is the impression I got.
The way the deliciousness spreads in your mouth, the way the rice is juicy and open...it's Shinshu Kameiring, after all 😊. 
ワカ太The other Sunday, Rafa, the sake goddess, took me and my husband on a tour of the liquor stores in Kita Osaka😍!
I usually only inhabit the South Osaka area, so the tour was a lot of fun and felt like a trip 🩷Thank you Rafa-san for a precious and wonderful time ❣️

I wondered when I would be able to drink it, but I never expected to find it here.
The taste and aroma are the closest to white wine I've ever had in sake 🍾.

The first glass was Katsuma, a hard-to-find brand from Toyama, which I had wanted to try.

It was served at room temperature and had a nice aroma of the barrels and the sake was easy to drink without any peculiarities. たっつうThe second drink at the other place sake, Okuhida sake.
I was too drunk to remember much of the taste after drinking this much, but it was sweet and easy to drink. 🙆♂️

Just like the catchy looking label, the sake tastes catchy too, with a refreshing white wine-like taste. It was delicious! たっつうAt a sake shop where you can find a variety of beautiful sake.
