This may be my first time drinking Miyamanishiki.
The first sip is sweet like a grape, but the sweetness is short-lived.
It also has a slight bitterness.
It can be used as a food wine.
I thought it was a little too sweet on the first day, but on the second day, I felt a fresh sharp bitterness after the sweetness, and I think I prefer this one.
Purchased following last year. When opened, it is as vigorous as champagne. Sweet and fruity. Short aftertaste.
Is it my imagination that I feel a little bitterness in the aftertaste on the second day? Kangiku is delicious!
