On the way back from a tour of liquor stores in Kita-Osaka, we stopped by another sake shop and the husband chose Shinshu Kameiring.
I was surprised when I took a sip of this 🐢 and was told that it might be better than Asahitaka if I could only taste what was in the glass😳.

I guess it depends on the timing of opening the bottle and how long it has been in the bottle, so it is strange to compare them, but that is the impression I got.
The way the deliciousness spreads in your mouth, the way the rice is juicy and open...it's Shinshu Kameiring, after all 😊.
