After the 8th Japanese Sake Festival (1) Just like last year, I was at my drunken peak after the Japanese Sake Festival, but I didn't lose my sense of direction and didn't lash out at Mr. Nemuchi, and we went to our next destination! I don't remember how I got there, but I do remember getting off at the Tennoji ticket gate and walking in the direction of Abeno🙄. I probably guided her to the restaurant... I went to the other sake shop with Mr. Nemuchi and Mr. Yasube... The first sake we drank was Kinjaku Yamahai (probably). It's been a long time since I drank it since I couldn't buy it anymore, Golden Chun Chun 🐦‍⬛ I haven't had it since last year when I drank it at chuin-san. The 4gou bottle has junmai ginjo and rice polishing ratio written on it, but the 1gou bottle doesn't 🤔. Please see other people's and my past posts for my thoughts on sake 😌. I haven't come across a nama yeast yeast yeast yeast yet. And once you've had a kamishimo, the only thing you haven't had after that is the expensive stuff.

The fourth and last drink was Saku-no-hana, another local sake from Shinshu. It is a gentle, slightly sweet sake with a nice sharpness. It tasted similar to Honkin. I wonder if Nagano's local sake tastes like this? I felt 🤔.

The second cup is for raw glasses only. This brand is named after the fact that all brewers at Hagino Shuzo wear glasses. This sake is characterized by its acidity, making it an easy drink for beginners 🍶.

At Tennoji and other places sake. The first cup was Shizen-go. It was a clear yet gentle sake that is typical of Fukushima sake. 🙆‍♂️ The word "fragrant" seems to describe a good aroma wafting in the air, but to be honest, I couldn't even smell it😅.

On the way back from a tour of liquor stores in Kita-Osaka, we stopped by another sake shop and the husband chose Shinshu Kameiring. I was surprised when I took a sip of this 🐢 and was told that it might be better than Asahitaka if I could only taste what was in the glass😳. I was surprised ‼️ I guess it depends on the timing of opening the bottle and how long it has been in the bottle, so it is strange to compare them, but that is the impression I got. The way the deliciousness spreads in your mouth, the way the rice is juicy and open...it's Shinshu Kameiring, after all 😊.

The other Sunday, Rafa, the sake goddess, took me and my husband on a tour of the liquor stores in Kita Osaka😍! I usually only inhabit the South Osaka area, so the tour was a lot of fun and felt like a trip 🩷Thank you Rafa-san for a precious and wonderful time ❣️ We went to 4 shops and started with 5 different kinds of sake tasting, which I didn't expect. So this is what the sake gods are like: ⁉️ We bought a lot, talked a lot, and had a lot of fun😊Thank you Rafa, really💕. I'll give you more about the sake we bought at that time soon. We went to the other sake shop. The manager told us that there was Asahitaka today, and we took a bite. ❣️ The taste is stable and delicious, the ultimate in freshness 😆👍👍.

Hello, Wakata-san 😀 I'm glad you had a great time at the sake god in Kita-Osaka😇 We were just wandering around the mountains of Kawachinagano at that time 🤣. Actually, we haven't visited any other sake breweries yet, so we'd love to do so 😀.

Yasube, good morning 😃I was wondering if we could join you since it was raining, but it was in Kawachinagano 😁Other sake breweries are quite reasonable in their prices, so please visit ‼️ and join us with Kaorin if you like 😊.

While strolling around Tennoji, I saw the words "Sogapeur Effice" on the menu at a shopfront of another sake store, so I hurried to have a little drink. I wondered when I would be able to drink it, but I never expected to find it here. The taste and aroma are the closest to white wine I've ever had in sake 🍾. The acidity and sharpness that reminds me of grapes is wonderful 👏👏👏. The entrée was doteyaki, which went surprisingly well with it. 🙆‍♂️
