I met up with bouken-san, who had asked me to exchange sake at Namba's EDION, and we went to the sake corner, and then to Nikomaru Shuhan in Kouhama.
To my surprise, I was able to get a bottle of "Sentoku" that I had been looking for, which had just arrived.
I was also able to buy a bottle of Oita's "Hanashimi" 🎵.
From there, I went back to Tennoji and had a drink at Tesho Sake 🍶.
They had a lot of premium sake on tap during the GW period, and I was wondering which one to order, so I started with this one!
Imi BLACK"!
There was also a WHITE sake, but I chose this one because I have had it in the past!
It has no characteristic aroma, a complex taste that can be taken as umami, sweetness, or sourness, and a bitter taste that lingers on the tongue after it finishes.

All 4 of the bottles, including the one we exchanged with bouken this time, were all firsts for us ✨.

Gyve and I exchange drinks when we meet at offline meetings, and he asked me if I would bring him some since he was going to Osaka. I was going to Osaka, so I asked him if he would like me to bring him some.
After hanging out at the Edion liquor store, Gyve-san said he was going to Nikomaru Sake Brewery in Kouhama, Suminoe, so I decided to go with him 🚃.
After that, we took the Hankai Line to Tennoji and went to Tesho Sake.
I hadn't been there since last year with Nemuchi and Yasube!
I've been wanting to go there since they opened a lot of rare sake during the GW 😍.
First up was the first release in 10 years, Sagami BLACK!
Not too sweet. Quite a complex taste.
The second half is more astringent and bitter.
I wondered what the complexity was, but it turns out that the rice polishing ratio was 80%.
Maybe it's a bit on the dry side 🤔. たっつうThe last one is No. 6.
It is a cup full of sweetness and flavor with a hint of gas.
It is easy to drink because it goes down smoothly, but what in the world is this sense of satisfaction?
I feel the high level every time 🤣. たっつうThe third glass was a local sake from Hanamaki, a brand I had wanted to try.
It is a light but tasty sake that goes down smoothly.
It is the perfect food sake. たっつうThe second cup was Wakakoma from Tochigi.
It is a light cloudy, lemon-like sour mouthfeel to a sweet and sharp drink. 🙆♂️
It was also good! たっつうAfter work.
A new product I wanted to try from Mimuro Cedar: 🙆♂️
A light, slightly bitter, complex drink.
This is what Mimuro Sugi is all about 🤣.
I couldn't make it to the Mimuro Sugi FES this month due to work, but as a fan, I'd love to go there someday 😂. たっつうThe second glass was a spring sake from Kurume's local brewery, Yamabusyu.
It is not too sweet and has a light citrus flavor. 🙆♂️
The entrée was a pickled horse mackerel with a hint of spring, and it was delicious! たっつうAfter work, I drank Nanbu Bijin for the first time.
It is a smooth drink with a slight aftertaste and a delicious taste of rice, and it was gone before I knew it 🤣. たっつうThe second cup is Chiyosyu.
A slightly sweet drink with a refreshing feeling. 🙆♂️
It has a sake-like taste, but it goes down smoothly.
It was also delicious! たっつうWe had two types of Risshun morning pressed sake, which is not easy to drink when you are in Kansai at other places.
The first was Daisetsukei.
Fruity and sweet like an apple, with a slight gassy taste.

ワカ太The seventh bottle of sake from another place is my favorite Asahi Taka🦅🩷.
Just as I was about to leave, the manager told me that they had some Asahi Taka. Of course I would drink it, no hesitation 😄.
It was already juicy from the first bite 😋 and juicy all the way through💕.
The smoothness, the surprisingly easy finish, and the deep mellowness are always delicious ✨Thank you, manager ✨!
After feeling good, we went to a ramen restaurant instead of dinner. What an immoral night😅

The manager told us that this one was open to the public, so we decided to drink it.
We watched the bottle open while chatting with the waiter who was scared of the word "danger" on the bottle 😊.
Hakuyoyo is a strong sake, with a sharp, shwashy, and bitter taste that comes first. I don't dislike the feeling of the bitterness and rice coming out in full force, I thought. This is the feeling of Eiko-Fuji, my husband said.
Well, I had three good sakes 😋❤️ 
ワカ太The fifth bottle at the other sake brewery was a bottle of Yokoyama silver7.
When I asked the manager for his recommendation, he said that Yokoyama is very tasty this year. If the manager says so, I must order it.
Wow, what a fresh aroma 😍Orange? The fruity and elegant sweetness filled my mouth, and although I haven't had that much Yokoyama before, this is by far the best Yokoyama I've ever had 🩷This is definitely very tasty 😋I'd say you should try it too: ❣️ ma-ki-Good evening, Wakata-san.

I'm looking forward to drinking it after work on a weekday. It's the best time to drink 😊. ワカ太ma-ki-, good morning 😃Thanks to you, we have been married for 17 years☺️Yokoyama, the last time I drank this I was concerned about the alcohol taste and was turned off from it, but this one this year was very tasty and surprised me❣️ ワカ太The fourth bottle of other sake is a light nigori, pink one from Kangiku 🩷The basic premise is that this one is definitely intended to be an adult cream soda. The lactic acidity, sweetness, and slight bitterness that follows it are definitely adult ✨.
The luxury of drinking it with the Matsuo Boast I mentioned earlier 😋.
I prefer Matsuo Boast because it's more refreshing, but my husband thinks it's more like Nagi.
They are both delicious, that's our conclusion.
They are all different and all delicious 💕Kaneko Misuzu style😄. 
ワカ太The third bottle of sake from elsewhere is Matsuo-Honmoto, Kangiku Meijo's only limited edition junmai ginjo, distributed only in Chiba Prefecture.
The fact that we can drink this sake makes us feel as if we came to another sake shop even on a weekday 😆.
The clarity of this sake is amazing ✨The feeling of disappearing clearly is a well-balanced one that doesn't make you tired of drinking ❣️The good sweetness of Kangiku also comes on top, which I like as I don't like when sweetness is pushed 😊💕.
This sake was made with Chiba rice and you could really feel the love for Chiba: ☺️ ジャイヴGood morning, Mr. Wakata!
I didn't know there was such a thing as a local brand of "Kangiku" 😲.
I've heard rumors about this 😲 and the lineup is fantastic 😁.

The overwhelming fruity flavor was still there. It has a strong sweetness and a sense of rice lurking deep within. It has a strong structure that is conveyed well, and it's brilliant ✨. 
ワカ太Today, February 1, is our wedding anniversary, and two days ago, our company, Tesho Sake, was going to open a new sake called Shinmasa N-type and other so-called "good sake.
I left work unusually on time with the excuse that it was our wedding anniversary on Christmas Eve. When we dashed to the restaurant, there was not a single customer yet, which was a luxury.
First of all, I wanted to order the N-type.
Of course they had it, so I ordered it right away.
The wood vat feeling spreading. I wonder if this sourness is kiwi🥝. But I also felt like it was put together like a sports drink in total.
It's delicious, after all.
