It is a beautiful sake with a sense of gentleness and freshness.
It was an easy-drinking cup that is typical of Nagano sake. 🙆♂️ yasToraya was founded in the early 1700s by Onuma Sozaemon I. He took over the Ishiyama warehouse founded at the end of the Genroku era (1688-1704) and operated it as the Sagae factory. This Sagae warehouse was spun off into an independent branch in 1922 and became the current "Chiyozu Toraya Co. AramasaNo.6 R-type Direct Path純米生酛原酒生酒 

ワカ太I completely missed the timing to give you this, Changyang Fookmusume's Active Summer.
This is the one I ordered after Tian Ming the other day at another place's sake.
This is also from CWS. I wanted to post it after Tian Ming, but I ran out of energy 😭
I'll get back on track now.
This is apple🍎, with a fresh aroma and a trace of gas. When you drink it, it's sweet at first, then quickly comes crisp and dry. Delicate acidity, elegant apple flavor, and a dry aftertaste.
Nothing but delicious comes out of it 😆💕. ポンちゃんGood evening, Waka 🦉.

After drinking Tobirazumi at home, a few days later I happened to go to another sake place with an old friend and the manager recommended this series to me.
What a coincidence✨!

Mild sourness and sweetness like apples.
The citrus bitterness is also delicious 💕.
Low alcohol, but with a thick harmony of sweetness and sourness, perfect for the end of the rainy season. ❣️

Both Hiraisen and Tenmei look delicious and perfect for summer 😊.
I've also been curious about CWS lately and have been buying it! The labels and concept are also nice and different from the standard ✨. ワカ太Good morning, Kotaro 😃CWS, both are refreshing and, as you say, perfect for summer👍They are all finished in my favorite line of flavors and make me want to follow the series a little more 😋💕. たっつうLast is Akabu.
Fruity and sweet, this is another great sake.
I found Akabu to be far more delicious this time than last, and would like to try the other specs again! たっつうThe third glass was Zenkichi from Nagano.
It was a slightly sweet and gentle sake 🍶.
It was also delicious! たっつうThe second cup was Nabeshima's Aizan.
It is sweet and fruity, but the sweetness does not linger in the mouth, similar to Jikin, which I think is a beautiful sake 👏👏👏👏. たっつうAt Tennoji's other sake.
The first drink was a summer sake from Choyo Fukumusume.

I thought I was drinking it for the first time, but I drank it last year at the Gura-san offline meeting before the label changed 💦.
Hachitan Nishiki x Yamada Nishiki
I don't remember the details, but I do remember that it was delicious 😌.
I think Nemuchi or Yasubeyesan was drinking Koeigiku Snow Crescent or Hiran Seiten!
After leaving the other place, we went to Meidi-ya across the street.
Mr. Kazuhiko Ota also visited this legendary bar!
I thought it would be a scary place since photography is not allowed, but the owner was so kind 😊.
I don't remember much but I think I drank Shinsei and Takeha 🤔.
After leaving Meidi-ya, we parted ways with Yasubeyesan and headed towards Shinsekai.
On the way, I noticed some scratches on my arm, my glasses got distorted, and I met a cute cat 🐱...and then I met up with Umaisan at Origuchi Sake-ten😊.
On the way to Sennichimae, I went to a liquor store that seemed difficult to enter, but I was drunk enough to go in just to chill out.
By that time, I was sober enough to go in 😇.

Just like last year, I was at my drunken peak after the Japanese Sake Festival, but I didn't lose my sense of direction and didn't lash out at Mr. Nemuchi, and we went to our next destination!
I don't remember how I got there, but I do remember getting off at the Tennoji ticket gate and walking in the direction of Abeno🙄.

I went to the other sake shop with Mr. Nemuchi and Mr. Yasube...
The first sake we drank was Kinjaku Yamahai (probably).
It's been a long time since I drank it since I couldn't buy it anymore, Golden Chun Chun 🐦⬛
I haven't had it since last year when I drank it at chuin-san.
The 4gou bottle has junmai ginjo and rice polishing ratio written on it, but the 1gou bottle doesn't 🤔.
