While strolling around Tennoji, I saw the words "Sogapeur Effice" on the menu at a shopfront of another sake store, so I hurried to have a little drink.
I wondered when I would be able to drink it, but I never expected to find it here.
The taste and aroma are the closest to white wine I've ever had in sake 🍾.
The acidity and sharpness that reminds me of grapes is wonderful 👏👏👏.
The entrée was doteyaki, which went surprisingly well with it. 🙆♂️

The brewer wanted to name his child after this name, but his wife objected, so he named the sake after her.

The first glass was Katsuma, a hard-to-find brand from Toyama, which I had wanted to try.
It's a light, fresh, and soft cup. 🙆♂️

The last check-in of the day was a barrel sake from Kawakame.
It was served at room temperature and had a nice aroma of the barrels and the sake was easy to drink without any peculiarities.

I was too drunk to remember much of the taste after drinking this much, but it was sweet and easy to drink. 🙆♂️

I'm a sucker for zodiac labels, and I'm tempted to get my hands on a lot of them if I think they're only available now 💦.
First of all, Takachiyo has a cute label.
It's covered by a cat 🥹 with the zodiac sign.
And then a sip. Mild aroma 😆.
No, the 3 cups so far are just gorgeous 😆 ⁉️
The freshness of the raw sake behind the gentleness is also there, and the unique rice flavor of Takachiyo is coming through well. ❣️ This is what Takachiyo is all about, I thought.
It's not flashy, but it's good, and that's what the zodiac label was for😊After all, "Takachiyo" and "delicious" are synonyms: ❤️

This is a junmai-shu with a so-called low-polishing ratio of 88%. But it doesn't have that feeling at all, if anything it has an elegant finish ✨It still has the body or somewhat guttural feeling that only low-polishing can give, but it is held together by the acidity that is typical of Shinmasa, which is unique 😋 Oh, it's delicious ❤️

The second bottle of sake elsewhere is a zodiac label for Tasake, which I couldn't get for home drinking 😆💕.
Every year Tasake's zodiac sign label looks gorgeous or like the embroidery on the back of a scajan....... It's cool, so no problem 😅
But that aside, here's a sip.
No lie⁉️ if it's just the first sip, it's so perfect that even the Jyushiyo I just had is faint ✨.
Fresh green apple and LaFrance nuances.
Chilli, delicate acidity and soft sweet umami.
The aftertaste is refreshingly bitter and moderately sour. A light sharpness closed it out 😋💕.
Great taste. Quintessential 🥹.

As soon as bouken-san told me about the first lineup of my beloved sake brewery, my switch flipped from work mode to closing mode, so I invited my husband who was still on his New Year's vacation and jumped on the train to Tennoji after work😅.

I called in advance and was told that the restaurant had been full since it opened, but when I got there, I was lucky to find a table open ✌️

As expected of Jyushidai, not only the aroma, but also the atmosphere it creates is spectacular💕.
The taste is mellow.
It has a soft mouthfeel, a mild sweetness, and a savory, concentrated rice flavor. The sharp acidity adds a bitter aftertaste like citrus peel. But this bitterness is also pleasant ❤️😋
