Asahitaka, another brand of Takagi Sake Brewery, which brews Jyushiyo.
Unlike Jyushiyo, Asahitaka is made from rice other than that of Sake Mirai.
The fruity taste and softness of this sake made me think that it had been made before, and I felt that it was of a very high level.

The second drink was my first sake from Ibaraki Prefecture.
Morishima was a brand I was curious about!
I think I felt the most peculiar and bitter among the three glasses I drank today? LOL!
I will try it again next time.

The first drink, Kouraku, is actually a brand that I've never had before.
The first drink is a delicate sweetness with a hint of melon, fruity and complements the food. 🙆♂️
I have never tasted it before, but I would like to try it again.

It's been a long time since I've had lomang.
It has a fresh and gentle sweetness, perhaps because it is made with mochi rice.
Not too sweet, just juicy enough.

Zenkichi since we had a drink at last year's offline meeting. It's been almost a year😳
It's sweet and sour and delicious.
Definitely delicious even when fire-aged 😋.
I have a Nakanori, but I've never had Zenkichi at home, so I'll have to drink it once.

Putting the salmon monogatari post aside for a moment, here's a drink I had after the event when I went drinking elsewhere with Uma-san.
I was surprised to see nirvana tortoise spark on the menu😳
It's the sake from the hanpukai that Pon-chan was drinking.
I thought it was amazing that it had the Shinmasa style even though it was low-polished rice.
I thought it would be a bit strong, but it's easy to drink.
It's a sparkling sake, so of course it's a bit too shwashy!
It's sweet but not too sweet.
I could understand why it is recommended to be heated, which is rare for Shinsei.
I mean, since it's sparkling, I'm curious what the regular Nirvana Kame is like 🤔I can't buy it 🙄.

The last drink with my mentor was Tenyumi, which was a first for me. It is a sake from Yamagata.
The manager recommended it, so I ordered it without hesitation.
The aroma and taste is green apple🍏.
It is very refreshing, slightly sweet, and refreshing.
I drank it thinking, "I love this!
Yamagata also has a deep nostalgia for sake: ‼️
There are so many more delicious sakes out there...it's really deep. I'm so deep in it.
My mentor was looking at the label with great interest and got caught in the reflection 😅I tried my best to hide it, but I doubt I was able to 🧐.

My homeroom teacher from junior high school came to Osaka for a lecture.
The first sake was a special pure Hirotogawa. I have not had Hirotogawa since I had a nigori before.
I must say, it was delicious, with the umami of the rice coming through clearly, yet it was crisp and juicy 😋💕.
This was indeed a great Hirotogawa ✨.

This is the fourth and final bottle of the night at the June 6 Other Sake.
While I was hobnobbing with Kinjaku, my husband was next to me with Abe's Star Series. The one he had on the table was a first-class VEGA.
According to the explanation, "We named this sake First Star because we wanted to make a sake that would have an impact among the many other sake brands, just like First Star." The name of the sake is "VEGA," which means "first star" in Japanese.
The 13% low alcohol content is very easy to drink 😆✨.
The balance of sweetness and acidity is so skillfully balanced that I almost finished my husband's 😅.
Sorry 🙏 but you're right Abe. It's too delicious 💕

Rafa gave it very clearly right after RED, so please read that carefully. I will only give my impressions.
This is a peach. It's sweet, but the fresh aroma 😊 comes after a moderate acidity, so it's very elegant and clear even though it's a sweet sake.

Both the red and the white are hard to top: ‼️
I dare say that I like orikara and nigori (light nigori) a lot, so if you ask me which one I would drink again, I would say red 🙂. If you ask me, I would say red 🟥.

It is a thick sweet pineapple.
I take a sip...sizzling gassy feeling! It's not freshly opened, but it's gassy👍.
It has sweetness, but the acidity and gassy feeling makes it refreshing. The juiciness is just amazing!
There's a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
That bitterness gives it depth of flavor and brings the sweet and sour together, which is so delicious 😋.
As a lover of orikarami and nigori, I couldn't get enough of this sake💕😊💕

We ended up with Chiyomusubi.
I had a bad feeling when the Konaki Junmai label came, but it was super dry 🙀.
It also has a graininess and a slightly matured taste 😅.
It had a classic flavor that I didn't like 😇
The last of the Umaisan was a Kouei Chrysanthemum Harzion.
The owner suddenly told me that he forgot to write Kouei Kiku on the menu 🤣.
The food and drinks were reasonable and very satisfying 😆.
The staff was so cool that they told us to order both if we were unsure about the menu 🤩.

The acidity is impressive and pleasant. The sweetness is just right and I like it.
The one I bought at New Year's in Spring Haze was also good, and I need to drink more of them.
There was also Yumeshin, so I drank it.
It was the same one I bought at Yamaya and drank the other day.
It tastes the same, so it's not like the one I drank at home was old 🤔.

(5) "Sashimi" with "mai mai" (good food and drink)
Sake ordered by Mr. Umaïmai. I was allowed to taste it as well.
There was not much left, and it was not very shwashy, but it was easy to drink with a flat taste that was right in between sweet and spicy.
