This sake was brewed by bringing rice from the Sakurada Sake Brewery in Suzu City to the Kurumata Sake Brewery in Hakusan City to support the recovery of Noto's sake breweries.
It is a true Ishikawa sake, blending rice from Noto with rice from Kaga.
We pray that the sake breweries affected by the disaster will recover as soon as possible.
So, I bought a four-pack at the next store. I liked the sourness of kanbonubai. There was no same brand, but I bought a bottle of summer sake and opened it at home. This one had a nice sweetness and sourness without any habits. It is light and refreshing. But it has a characteristic sourness. It was delicious.
The second cup is 3 grains of Daimine. I've had this a few times, no doubt. This may be my first time with Aizan. Sweetness and pleasant acidity. No habits and light aftertaste. Delicious. I had two cups today without eating any entrée.
After a refreshing weekend, today I am going to a meeting early in the morning. I was going to go straight home, but I chose to go via Tokyo Station, so I had to stop by Hasegawa Sake Shop. I had to have a drink. In short, I just wanted to have a drink, but I think this is my first time to drink Kankoubai. It has a nice sweetness, sourness, and aroma. It has a slightly sour and bitter taste. It is delicious. I liked the sourness.

The last one is Ganki. The mouthfeel is light. The dryness comes through with a strong kick while the roundness is smooth. It has a nice feeling of being strongly tightened while feeling the umami of the rice afterward. It went well with sardine cod roe.
The second cup was Mitsuo Yamakawa, which has been a long time coming. It is made by Tatenokawa Shuzo. Fruity, sweet and delicious. The aftertaste is refreshing and delicious.
Today, I went home directly from my outside work. Since the nearest station was Tokyo Station, it was my second stop in a row. I ordered the sake I didn't drink yesterday. The first one was Mikuyo. The lingering taste of Kochi still lingers. This is a summer sake. The mouthfeel is smooth. It is light but gradually tightens up. It is not harsh. It is easy to drink.
I went home and had another drink. This is Yui bought at the same Hasegawa Sake Shop. The one we had at the store was made by Raifuku Sake Brewery. This one is made by the Sanzen Sakura Brewery. Two breweries have stepped in to replace the brewery lost in the fire. It has a delicious mouthfeel and fruity aroma with a firm dry taste. The taste is different from the Raifuku version. We are grateful to have it.
