The time of day is used in the name, but juji (10 o'clock) is the sweetest and my favorite.

nA classic of Sentori. It is finely and slightly sparkling. It is easy to drink. Is it just me or does the aroma after drinking it somehow remind me of a lactic acid bacteria drink? I usually feel it when I drink Sentori. It is very good.

nIt is extremely gentle. I have always thought that most fizzy sake is easy to drink, but I have probably never encountered a sake that is not fizzy, but simply smooth and easy to drink. It is so gentle. The aroma is strong, but it is not strong, or rather it disappears rather quickly. I think "gentle and soft" is a good description.

nI happened to be in Nagoya, so it had been a while since I drank at a restaurant. When I drink it at a restaurant, the taste is usually lost due to long storage time, but I like Kuheiji because it is usually good no matter where I drink it.
However, 100 cc is a little under 1,000 yen, which is expensive.
