It was so fresh it was almost like grape juice. It took about 10 minutes to vent the gas, but I could feel that it was really alive. Once you open the bottle, you can't close it, so I recommend drinking it with more than one person. It is a good sake and definitely tasty, but the so-called "Sengoku-like" taste is a little bit suppressed.

Maybe I just didn't know, but Sentori is limited to the summer, fall, and winter seasons, but has there ever been a spring version? I thought I had never seen it before, so I bought it. It has a peach, pear, or melon-like aroma, and a refreshing spring-like mouthfeel, but it also has a slight cloudy, thickened feel. It has the image of a modern Sengoku lightly nigori (light nigori), and I think that's why it's so good. I want to drink it while viewing cherry blossoms. I have hay fever, so it's hard for me to go cherry blossom viewing.

It is totally drinkable. I had tried the golden version of the ginjo before, but I personally think this one is better. 400 yen for a single sake is quite a lot. I drank it cold, but it didn't have any strange bitterness. I think you can drink it as much as you want if you cool it down to a snow-cold temperature. If you are going to choose a 1 cup sake from a convenience store, this is the one you should definitely try.

It is as sweet and thick as apple juice. In a sense, I feel it is not like a daiginjo. It is suitable for those who want to taste the sweetness and rice rather than the aroma. Sweet sake usually has a strong alcohol taste, and I often get tired of the sweetness.

It is a famous sake, but this was actually my first time drinking it. I picked it up at random because I was somehow drawn to it, but the fizziness and aroma of the raw sake made me think that it must be famous. It was good for the price. Fruity sake is often rather sweet, but this sake is not at all spicy, but it does not feel sweet, and it is light. To be honest, I often don't like sake that are described as "light", but I like this one. This is my first time drinking this sake, so I didn't know about the ALPHA series, but I would like to try all of them from the first one.

Since it was Valentine's Day, I asked him to buy it for me since it was a limited variety for February and March. This is the first time I have tasted Amami nigori. It is slightly sweet. I'm biased, but I think people who like low-sugar coffee would probably like it. It has a clear acidity, which is a Japanese word that makes no sense from the outside.

This is the first time I have had a sparkling Sentori. The image of sparkling SENKYO is that it has a fizzy taste like lactic acid beverages, so it is easy to drink sparkling sake without any discomfort. It is a good bottle of SENKYO with a little arrangement of the usual delicious SENKYO by sparkling. Sentori is really delicious, isn't it? Be careful not to spill it, as is the case with all sparkling sake.

A junmai sake sold at Lawson for just under 400 yen per sake cup. It was more drinkable than I expected. If you are a beginner sake drinker, you may find the smell and bitterness strong, but if you drink it after getting drunk to some extent, you can drink it well enough. It has a strong punch, and for some reason I felt that I would get drunk easily...or was it a placebo? There was another one that was freshly stored or freshly packed, but I'm curious about that one too, so I'll have to wait for another time.

This is good. It's like melon juice. As you can tell from the tag, it is completely to your liking. Even people who don't like sake can easily drink it. The fizziness is amazing. It can replace beer as a toast. The price is less than 2k, so it's a bargain.

It is not labeled as a daiginjo, but is said to be 45% Omachi. It is said to be hi-seasoned, but there is no doubt that it has a slight bubbly taste. The flavor is clear, even though it is a Daiginjo shaving. The aroma is not strong, but it leaves a little after drinking. But more than that, this bottle was really hard to open. It may be an individual difference, but it took me about 30 minutes to open it using scissors and other tools, because the aluminum cap was cut in the middle. And I cut my finger.... I will be careful next time.

It seems to be the best of Sentori. It seems to be made by mixing the best year's sake, which may be the reason why it tastes more sake-like than organic sake. It has a slightly fizzy and sour taste, and a lactobacillus-like aroma, which is the Sengkyo. I said that it feels like sake, but somehow I get used to it as I drink it, and it becomes easier to drink and I can drink it in large quantities. One bottle of this is enough to buy two bottles of regular Sentori, so I will probably buy two bottles of regular Sentori in the future, but I think it's worth a try and one of the best Sentori.

It was so sweet and fruity that it almost seemed like a fruit wine. Because it is a nama-shu, it is fresh without being too sweet or dry. It does not have a particularly strong sense of being "off the nose," but I would recommend it to those who like strong flavors and sake-like sake. Personally, I think the taste of Akabu changes from bottle to bottle (I think it's just a feeling, probably due to storage). But I think I hit the jackpot this time.

It is an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake, so there is a freshness with a hint of pears. However, since it is 66% shaved, it also has a strong rice flavor. There is also a slight effervescence or active fermentation. It is a Junmai Ginjo-shu made from "Yamadaho", which is only available once a year. Yamadaho is the mother of Yamadanishiki. At first, it has a freshness like Isshaku Suisei, but it has a thicker umami impression than the others in the series. I drank a can of it yesterday, and I can't believe it's the same alcohol.

Senkori Green Naturals I saw this for the first time and bought it on impulse. It seems to be organic naturals based, but they are contributing to the environment by using the previously made sake lees again. It's 10 percent alcohol by volume, but it's still Sentori as usual, and you don't feel the alcohol at all. It is delicious.
