Sparklers 🎇 in Senbori
Summer's over and yet the temperature is the highest it's been this year.
What's going on?
Cheers 🥂 while watching Omagari's fireworks display on 📺.
Well-balanced and deliciously sweet 😋.
I wonder if they have a nigori sake called "Urasenkohana",
I wonder if we can meet someday?
Hi Harry 😃.
Really! The days🌅 are definitely getting shorter, but the temperatures are amazingly hot🥵.
I went to buy back sparklers🎇 and they were sold out🥲.
Good evening, Mr. Jainobi!
The heat wave and heavy rains in the region have really affected the sake rice, and I am worried about its quality and price!
I wonder what will happen next season when the new sake is released,
I'd like to meet you next year 😅

When the bottle is opened, it has a fresh and light effervescence.
On the palate, you don't feel as much acidity 🤔...
Instead, I feel a strong richness and sweetness 😳
It's a delicious sake 😁.
I bought this at the liquor store next door because I enjoyed the Morishima I had the other day at the Tokyo Station underground. I opened the bottle at home. It has this fruity mouthfeel and aroma. My wife says it smells like bananas and peaches. In short, it is delicious. It is a good sake.
The second drink was Kyoto's Nichinichi. The customer next to me also ordered it and said it was delicious. It was my first time, but what do you think? Refreshing, slightly effervescent, low alcohol. It was delicious.
I happened to find out by chance that Kankoubai, a sake I had secretly liked for some time, had won a gold medal, and bought it.
It is a sake that I would like to drink deeply, with the royal Yamada-Nishiki aroma and taste.
It is not too sweet, and I never get tired of drinking it.

Back from my trip home, and after a long day of driving, it's time for dinner 😋.
I bought a bottle of sake at "Hasegawa Sake Shop" before the Bon Festival.
Produced by the gluttonous idol "Moe-no Azuki",
It was brewed at the Hakurakusei brewery.
As the bottle suggests, it has a sweet taste with a slight
It has a sweet attack at first, followed by a slight bitterness and spiciness 🤔.
I found myself drinking more and more of it 😆😆.
I waited for 2 hours with my nephews when I went back to my hometown.
I was able to go to "Charcoal Restaurant Sawayaka" with my nephews 😁.
Good balance of sweetness, cleanness and some bitterness.
The kind you can drink as much as you want.
Tastes great on its own or with food.
Because it is a draft sake, there is a slight gaseous taste.
I had an image of Banshu Ikkyo as dry and refreshing, but this one is fruity.
I wonder if this is a characteristic of Aizan.
However, it is not too sweet and has a refreshing impression with acidity.
It is delicious with a meal.
I was quiet all day today and ended up drinking from noon in the name of organizing the fridge 😓.
I've been wanting to drink Banshu Ikken since I went to Hyogo in June! When I saw the Aizan label, I had no choice but to drink it😍.
I bought it at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station on my way back from eating dried ramen at the famous Aomori ramen store Tsugaru Niboshi Hirako-ya's reopening on Tokyo Station's ramen street ✨.
It has an aroma of rice and fresh fruity aroma, a gentle mouthfeel, and a slight fizzy gas. It finishes with a light sweet flavor and sharp acidity and bitterness. It has a light but slightly dry impression. It was a refreshing sake👍.
I think I will abstain from drinking tomorrow.
Good evening, ichiro18😄.
I want to visit Ramen Street 🤩I want to try Rokurinsha's Tsukemen 🍜I'm sure there's a line 😅I thought Banshu Issen's Aisan was sweet, but they have spicy too😆.
Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😃.
Rokurinsha is crowded at Tokyo station, so Osaki and Ueno might be somewhat more relaxed. I waited 35 minutes at Hirako-ya ✨I thought Aizan was sweeter, but it has a spicy taste 🤔 I'll see how it goes after some time.
Good morning, ichiro18!
I've never been to Ramen Street, but I did a ramen tour on a trip to Tokyo when I was into ramen 😁.
I'll have to try Banshu Isshu Ikken sometime for a leisurely drink at home 😋.
No drinking 😅
Hi ma-ki-😃
I see you have been on a ramen tour in Tokyo👍There are so many different kinds of ramen, you must be addicted! I would love to try Kirimen in Osaka. The main store seems to have moved 😅I'm off the booze today 😁.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
I know you have a sweet image of Aizan. I had an image of sweet and sour, but I'm not sure what Aizan tastes like because it depends on the brewery that makes it 🤣 please give it a try 🍶.
I found this sake at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta, Tokyo Station, on my way back to Yokohama. It was my first time to try Niigata and Sado sake! I was told that this sake was even served in JAL's first class for a while. I had a hard time deciding between Jungin and Jun Daigin, but I chose Jun Daigin because I was told that Jungin is dry and Jun Daigin is fruity!
Overall, it has a strong refreshing taste! It has a delicate taste with a slight effervescence that spreads in the mouth, followed by a faint sweetness that drifts into the mouth and disappears a little later.
It's quite tasty 😋.
Hello, Kishii-san 😃!
Congratulations to Masayo for the first time on ㊗️ 🎉It's very nice, isn't it, like "light and delicious" ‼️
And I just noticed that you just passed 600 🎉Congratulations also to ㊗️
