Sake with an interesting label. I thought it would taste old-fashioned since it was a Showa revival, but it wasn't. It had a sweet and refreshing taste and was easy to drink.

Low-polished sake. It is said to be a raw sake from Aizan.
It is a shame to say it is too good to be true, but it is also a perfect match with rice.
It was a sake with a challenge, but also had the character of Nitoshi.

While this one also feels the entrance of sweetness,
It wears off relatively quickly. But a nice aroma lingers in the aftertaste, and it was a sake that goes well with food.
3.5
It is dry, but not that dry, and the umami is moderate.
It is supposed to be a food sake, but it seems to go with everything. On the other hand, it is a bit thin in character.
