I bought it at a liquor store on Ota Road where I took Nemuchi after the Gifu Sake event 😅. The rice is Hitogokichi. No gassy feeling that is common in large snowy valleys Low alcohol, like apple juice. A little bitterness and alu feeling in the second half? Although it's low al, I might want a little more umami 🤔. The aroma through the nose is very apple 🍏.

Good evening, bouken 🦉. It's great that you bought it and left 😁. I didn't know there was such a cute label on the big snowy valley with ❣️ bubbles🫧 on it and no gas 😆 but I'm drawn to the 🍏 juice 😊.

Good evening, bouken: ❗️ I recently drank it myself. The aroma is fruity, but it tastes like a light juice 🤔. but it tastes like a light juice 🤔. I wish the taste was a little more pronounced 😅 I would have liked it😅.

Good evening, Pon-chan. I brought it home without breaking it 😊. Nemuchi-san said that the sake degree is -18, which was the deciding factor for us to buy it! That was the deciding factor for both of us to buy it 😁. It was like a cider so I guess the bubbles were inspired by that 🤔.

Good evening, Mr. Chobin. I was a little disappointed when I saw Chobin-san's post before I drank it and learned that it didn't have a gassy taste 😅. I wanted to drink it with a more robust taste 😀.

At liquor stores. The Sealed Sake series can sometimes be found at liquor stores registered with the Japan Famous Sake Association. All of them have very stylish labels and I almost buy them by the packet. It has been a while since I last drank it, as I did not review it when I last drank it. Cold sake. Gorgeous aroma. The slightly subdued sweetness and mellow rice flavor gradually spread to the palate. It is easy to drink and has a rather long aftertaste. I have had many kinds of Harushika, but I personally like the impression that the sealed sake is one or two of the most modern and easy to drink. I recommend it to sake beginners.

As someone said before on sakewa, Morishima is Mr. Cerezo and current Cerezo president Hiroaki Morishima 😁I really liked his combination with Nishizawa ⚽ I was a member of Cerezo fan club when I was a kid and I remember shaking hands with Mr. Morishima at an event 😌. He had a low and humble atmosphere while some players were arrogant 😊. Now, it's been a while since I've seen Morishima. I went to a liquor store on Otaku Road because I wanted to drink after seeing Comet released and published in dancyu. I usually find a full lineup of Morishima when I go here. It has a microbubbly gasiness and a trace of sweetness and bitterness. It's not very sweet, but I like the dry and mineral taste of Morishima. I miss the fact that no one mentions soccer 🙄.

It has been a while since I went to Kikuya Sake Brewery. I looked in because there was a sake I wanted from the Meimon Shukai, but they didn't have it.... I couldn't find any Chuaiai either, so I decided to go to Morishima 😅. It's been a while since I've had a Morishima, and this was my first Junmai. It has a fresh sweetness and a gaseous taste, maybe because it was made in April, but the freshness prevails over the aged taste. I have an impression that Morishima is known for its minerality, but it seems a bit reserved. Surprising that Morishima still has sake that was shipped in April, maybe because it is a liquor store that does not have a social networking service? It's a location with a lot of pedestrian traffic, but I guess they're not the type of people who buy sake. It's hard to tell from the picture, but unlike the silver Omachi, this one has a white label.

( ・・・・ω・´)Thank you every time. I go there once a week and I have the impression that they often serve dry sake! I thought I'd go again because the Daisetsukenkei and Daishichi Hiyayoroshi were so good, but they were sold out immediately! They have a lot of whimsical arrivals, but maybe it's a good spot for them.

Shinjou-san, thank you every time 🙋. There was a big snow ravine, wasn't there? I was confused with Morishima😅. I'd like to try Matsuura Ichi as I don't see it anywhere else, but they don't have 4gos of it in stock 😢.

Purchased at a liquor store I stop by every time I visit Namba. I have a selfish prejudice that Yamaguchi has many sake with unique flavors, perhaps because they use rice produced in the prefecture that makes the most of the climate and climate, such as Ottersai, Toyo Bijin, and Ki. The aroma is rather fruity. It is light and very refreshing. It is moderately dry with a hint of sweetness. The aftertaste is short even for a junmai sake. I would like to try Ganki and Yamazaru as sake from Yamaguchi that I have not tried yet.

When I go to this liquor store, I can't stop looking at different things. There are both hi-seasoned and draft Morishima's Omachi and Yamadanishiki, and there are several Nozomis... In the end, I narrowed it down to one bottle and chose this one. This is the first time I drink Koshinohomare at home. As for the rice, some stores say they use Takananishiki and others say Koshikagura, but which is it? Fresh, gassy and fruity. Juicy, like apple or pineapple. I was surprised at how delicious it was.

The alcohol smell of the sake was there, and when I put it in my mouth, I could feel the unique dryness and the lingering aftertaste that lasted long after it went down my throat. However, after the second sip, maybe because I got used to the taste, or maybe because I ate something with a strong flavor, I didn't feel the dryness and the lingering aftertaste as much.

I bought it at Kikuya Shuhan, located on Otarod in Nihonbashi. They have a website, but I don't think they communicate much. Other brands include Minakata, Kitajima, Mukaze, Katanozakura, Jukishin, Matsuurakazu, Nishinomon, Mochi, Chiai, Itaru, and Morishima. There may be many spot shipments. I wondered if I should buy Morishima's Yamadanishiki, but I decided to go with this one. I was wondering if I should buy Morishima's Yamadanishiki, but I decided to go for this one. It is made with Kame-no-o, so the "Ki" in Kamikimoto becomes "Kame. It's fruity, but the aroma is a bit peculiar. The taste is mild and gentle. It has a sweet and sour taste, and a small amount of fizz. The bitterness at the end is also gentle. Is it aged in a warehouse? There is a slight sense of aging. Personally I thought I should have gone with Morishima😅. I don't like the aroma, but I like the taste. I think it tastes better when it's not so cold. I'm not a fan of the smell, but I like the taste 😅.

This is a sake whose specifications are not disclosed. It has a calm taste, but the sweetness soaks in slowly. I like the sweetness in the moment I put it in my mouth. The sweetness is like honey, as was the case with the Chuai I drank before. The sweetness lasts for a long time.

Unlike other years, this year's Junmai Daiginjo has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees. Low alcohol is becoming a trend these days. It has a light mouthfeel and a small amount of gas. It is slightly sweet and pleasant. I trust Koshi because it never goes wrong no matter what I drink, whether it's raw or brewed.

It's called Junmai, but it doesn't say what the rice polishing ratio is, so I guess it's treated as a regular sake. Yes, it is apple-like as the name suggests. It's very light, like water. You can drink it like juice, but some people might not like it enough. It really tastes like an apple!

It is the first time for Solstice to be raw. It is said to be made from Koshitanrei and Yamadanishiki. The aroma is like a green apple. The taste is easy to understand, fruity and sweet. I thought it would be a little spicier, but the impression is mainly sweetness. I thought it might be a little like Koshi. I thought it was a little like Koshi on the first day, but it was fruity and sweet, but the sake feeling came in later. The taste may be divided.

Kure is a dry sake, so it was hard to get my hands on it, but I bought it because it uses CEL24 yeast. It's a different flavor from the regular lineup, so I guess it's a back label. Urara has rice on the back label. The mouthfeel and aroma are fruity and piney like Kameizumi and Keigetsu. I don't know if it's because it's a fire-retarded sake or not, but it doesn't seem that sweet for its sake content. It is sweet though.
