It is the first time for Solstice to be raw.
It is said to be made from Koshitanrei and Yamadanishiki. The aroma is like a green apple. The taste is easy to understand, fruity and sweet. I thought it would be a little spicier, but the impression is mainly sweetness.
I thought it might be a little like Koshi. I thought it was a little like Koshi on the first day, but it was fruity and sweet, but the sake feeling came in later. The taste may be divided.

The only other Sado sake I've never had is Kanetsuru. I've also had Kitayuki, but I don't remember the taste, so I'll have to try it again.
