Sold at: Sakurumoto Shoten Honten (Chuo-ku, Sapporo)
When opened, it has a strong gassy feeling.
Strongly gassy
Slightly sweet red melon-like finish
The same rummy fruity aroma, moderate sweetness, and rice flavor as the top rise, spreads with lactic acid-like acidity and gassiness with a pizzazz, and finishes with a slight bitterness and a smooth finish.
It is creamy and juicy, but not overpoweringly sweet and sour, with a slight carbonation that makes it refreshing and delicious. It goes well with meals and is refreshingly delicious on its own.
It went well with Iberico pork claypot made with Cook Do's Sichuan-style claypot and mushroom soup.
It did not go well with doughnuts from Fuwamochi Mansion (a well-known doughnut shop in Sapporo), as the bitterness was too pronounced.
It also went well with 7-Eleven's "Deca Pork Ramen" (Wasashi Wasashi MAX), which I had been tempted to try after reading Sake-no-Wawa's post. Eating hot ramen outside in the cold makes it even more delicious.

Hi Masa, good morning! Eh😅I knew Hana Kyun existed, but it's that good 🤤I'll secure it soon 😁I'm also interested in the pink label, but I'm doing something good and my allowance is suspended? Why is that?
