I don't play golf, but the sales person recommended that it is a golf term for the last 9 holes on Sunday (the last day of the tournament) and means "the sake of victory" 🤔.
The aroma is mild and soft, with a gentle sweetness and umami, followed by a hint of apricot acidity, bitterness, and a touch of astringency. It is medium to slightly dry.
The brewer's recommended dish was red clam sashimi, but we enjoyed it with grilled clams, sashimi, etc. ☺️
