I opened a bottle of Nagano sake...Jungin Gohyakumangoku from Gokotsuru.
So far, Gokotsuru has only used Nagano sake rice, so the dry nuance on the palate is a bit different from the Gokotsuru I've had so far 🤣.
But it's easy to drink with low alcohol content and the spiciness starts to soak into your body in no time at all 🤣.
The spiciness comes from the firm mouthfeel, and then it finishes off nicely, making it a very tasty sake 😀.
It was a little different from the usual Goko, but it was a delicious sake 😀.

In my opinion, it was a delicious sake with nuances that set it apart from other junmai ginjos, and it seemed to be a dry sake with a firm, refreshing and umami taste 😀.
