It is sweet, light, fresh, sweet and sour.

The taste was typical of Eiko-Fuji, sweet and tasty but with a strong bitter and spicy flavor.
I ordered this sake by mistake at the after-party, but it tasted better than the one I had at the first party. Maybe it was the passage of time after opening the bottle? (In the case of Eiko-Fuji, the specs may differ depending on the lot.

It has the same Sake meter value of +6 as Okura, but this one is sweeter and more to my liking.
I had avoided drunkenemon because of its dry image, but among the sake we drank at the first party, this might be the second best after Chuai, except for Shinsei.

Eel mite-san The food is delicious, but I didn't take a single picture of the food 🤣.
I had heshiko when I was drinking Okura and it was so much better than other heshiko.
Daigo from Chidori said that food that makes your mouth stink goes well with sake.
In the background is a Mari Natsuki-like clerk wearing a Lawson parody T-shirt. There was also a parody of the Nintendo logo... it's a store with a playful spirit!

This is the one I was unsure about with Chuai. I didn't ask for it, but I got to sample a little of what Usagi Goten was drinking 😊.
I was curious about Dewa Kirari, it was a rice I didn't know about.
Clear and clean? It tastes clear and clean.
The aroma is gorgeous.
There was also a heated sake corner, but no one ordered anything 😆.
Shinkame, Soriryu, etc... were quite austere lineup that Shinjo-san and Hiraccio-san seem to like!

I like Chuai, but I'm not sure if it's fire-retardant or not. I wondered if it was fire-brewed or not, but then I heard that Nemuchi-san, I think it was him? I was not sure if it would be good or not, but Nemuchi (or was it Nemuchi?) was drinking it and said it tasted good. It was so good that I recommended it to Mr. Luteltemi.
It is sweet, juicy and delicious. I wish there were more places where I could buy it. I wish there were more places where I could buy it. The only places I know of that carry it are Inada Sake Shop in Nakazaki-cho and Kikuya Sake Brewery in Nihonbashi. They don't always carry it.
Many people ask me what to drink next. It's fun to choose what people want to drink. I choose by intuition and what I think people will like😊.
I forgot to drink the one I recommended to people 😭.
There were a lot of different sakes in the fridge, but I was surprised to see Kuroryu Shizuku, Ishidaya, and Nizaemon. The guy at the store who is a punchy Mari Natsuki type recommended them to me, but I couldn't order Ishidaya and Nizaemon because they were around 3,800 yen for 90ml 🤣.

The sweetness is light and refreshing. It seems to disappear quickly. I didn't feel any gassiness, probably because it has been open for a long time.

We started at 16:00.
Chichi and Pon-chan joined us a little late in the 0th meeting😁.
Some of us met remotely but most of us met for the first time😜.
But I think we were able to talk naturally as if we had known each other for a long time👍.
I was able to drink a sealed bottle. I was able to drink a sealed bottle of this alcohol, and many other people ordered it, and the guy at the store opened his second bottle 🤣.

This is also my first sake!
I want to mellow 🤣!
Nigori sake with a lot of unrefined sake
It's fun to enjoy the sweet and sour unrefined sake and enjoy the taste of rice while biting into the unrefined sake!

He is a walking dictionary of Japanese sake who achieved 2,000 check-ins and was inducted into the Sake-no-wa Hall of Fame...
As bouken-san moved on to select his next sake, he was followed by two or three others, which somehow reminded me of the Grimm's fairy tale "The Pied Piper of Hamelin"...

Now, the taste
The aroma is gentle and discreetly fruity.
The taste is sweet like melon and banana, and rich and full-bodied.
I wonder if this is the result of 4 years of aging...
And yet it has a nice sharpness to it.
It's really a well-made sake👍
The 6th member is Mr. Nemuchi!
His handle is cool like "Rebechi", but he was originally "Sleepy Healer".
He changed his name to "Sleepy Healer" in response to the shortening boom.
I was surprised at how much information you know about sake and sake breweries, even though you are so young!
Studying sake all night every day → lack of sleep → always sleepy in the daytime...
