The taste was typical of Eiko-Fuji, sweet and tasty but with a strong bitter and spicy flavor.
I ordered this sake by mistake at the after-party, but it tasted better than the one I had at the first party. Maybe it was the passage of time after opening the bottle? (In the case of Eiko-Fuji, the specs may differ depending on the lot.

Glorious Fuji, I wasn't aware of that 😭I wish I had tried it! It's hard to know when you're drinking outside because you don't know when the bottle is open😅.

I think the impression of gassy sake will change a lot once it's out of the bottle... 😐.
