I usually only write my impressions of home drinking, but this one is limited to restaurants, so it's been a while since I've written an extra 🍶.
Today I celebrated the great success of a project I was involved in from the beginning of this year until recently, and I had a lunchtime drinking party by myself 🍶.
Here's a piece I saw on that occasion 🍶.
As a Saku drinker, there was no choice not to drink it, so I had it as my first drink 😁.
Fruity but very light and not alcoholic 🤔.
This lightness is very suitable for a toast 🤔.
After drinking this, I was even more hungry and ready for battle 😁.
Fourth glass, I have had Niimasa several times, but this was my first time to drink No.6.
It had a perfectly balanced sweet and sour taste and a gaseous sensation reminiscent of champagne.
Sake that sells well tastes good, after all,
The third drink, Checkin' in Aichi, is a cracker.
It is easy to drink and delicious with a gorgeous, juicy sweetness. 🙆♂️
It seems that this brewery was founded 333 years ago this year and this is the commemorative label. The two hares label is very fashionable 😎.
The second cup is Isobojimai.
The sweet aroma gives the sake a refined taste with no clutter🍶.
I think it tastes similar to Kuroryu.
Next time I drink it, I would like to have it with seafood from Shizuoka! LOL!
Eel with a friend.
This was my first time to try Kikuhime, and it is a sweet and gentle nigori sake 🍶.
It has a good balance of flavors and is easily accepted by beginners. 🙆♂️
The fifth and last glass was a Kouji nama-shu.
Kouko was also a brand I had never had before, but it tasted fruity and sweet, like a stable, easy-drinking nama-shu. 🙆♂️
Unagidani has a great selection of sake, but the food, including the umaki, is also really good. We will be back again!
Good evening, Mr. Tatsu 😃
Shinsei, Kezura, Nichinichi, Ryujinmaru and now Koshijime 😍Great choice of sake 😋.
Sake for a pre-birthday celebration! What a good girlfriend you have 🥹Thanks 🤗
The fourth drink was a hard-to-find brand, Ryujinmaru from Wakayama.
It was my first time to drink it, and it was a classic one with a mild bitterness.
It was delicious, but maybe too young for my childish taste buds 🤣.
I heard that Ryujinmaru tastes good when heated, so next time I would like to try it with heated sake.
The third cup was Nichinichi from Fushimi.
This is the second time I've had Nichinichi, and again it is very tasty!
It has a citrusy sourness and sweetness like grapefruit, but it's my personal No. 1 sake in Kyoto 👏👏👏👏.
The second drink was another famous sake, Collage.
The first one was sweet and fruity, but the second one had a tangy aftertaste.
It tasted a little different from what I expected, but of course it was delicious. 🙆♂️
It's been a long time since I've been to Unaginodani.
My birthday is coming up and my girlfriend is buying me a drink, so I chose this restaurant.
There are a lot of good sake here, lol.
We started with Shinmasa's New Year Junmai Shiboritate.
It has a dragon on it for the year of the dragon 🐉.
The aroma and taste were surprisingly catchy, sweet and sour, and the aftertaste was so delicious that I could not help but laugh.
As expected of Shinsei.
