Kouko was also a brand I had never had before, but it tasted fruity and sweet, like a stable, easy-drinking nama-shu. 🙆♂️

I am so thankful that she is a sake drinker 😅. たっつうThe fourth drink was a hard-to-find brand, Ryujinmaru from Wakayama.
It was my first time to drink it, and it was a classic one with a mild bitterness.
It was delicious, but maybe too young for my childish taste buds 🤣.
I heard that Ryujinmaru tastes good when heated, so next time I would like to try it with heated sake. たっつうThe third cup was Nichinichi from Fushimi.
This is the second time I've had Nichinichi, and again it is very tasty!
It has a citrusy sourness and sweetness like grapefruit, but it's my personal No. 1 sake in Kyoto 👏👏👏👏. たっつうThe second drink was another famous sake, Collage.
The first one was sweet and fruity, but the second one had a tangy aftertaste.
It tasted a little different from what I expected, but of course it was delicious. 🙆♂️ たっつうIt's been a long time since I've been to Unaginodani.
My birthday is coming up and my girlfriend is buying me a drink, so I chose this restaurant.
There are a lot of good sake here, lol.
We started with Shinmasa's New Year Junmai Shiboritate.
It has a dragon on it for the year of the dragon 🐉.
The aroma and taste were surprisingly catchy, sweet and sour, and the aftertaste was so delicious that I could not help but laugh.
As expected of Shinsei. 辻高広A dry sake from Wakayama that can be drunk neatly. 辻高広Dark taste, dry. Sanuki sake.
It has a strong umami flavor and is more delicious than spicy. 辻高広Dry sake from Aomori.
It is served with a hinny goroica. 辻高広Dry?
It seems sweet because it is easy to drink with acidity.
It's not like it's been replaced by Toyobai, right? boukenThe last of the sake we drank at the offline meeting.
It was for heating sake but at room temperature. I don't remember who ordered this one either😅.
It's a junmai sake that's been aged in tanks for a year.
The product introduction and reviews suggest that it's best served heated, but I thought it was full-bodied and drinkable at room temperature.
I don't think I'll get tired of drinking it.

According to the Yajima Sake Brewery's website, the rice is Miyamanishiki and Toyonishiki.
I didn't find it as spicy as the +12 strength, but I thought it was a sharp sake. Rafa papaI asked for it... 😅

It has a strong aroma of maturity, and even after drinking it, it has a strong sense of maturity. It has a little bit of complexity.
I didn't know that Kikuhime also produces fast brewing because I have an image of Yamahai.
At the after-party, I learned that Sakairan-san is left-handed, and that there are a lot of left-handed people including myself.
I believe Pon-chan is also left-handed, so the Kansai sake brewery has a high percentage of southpaws 😊.

It's ricey, refreshing, and has a slight muscat-like nuance. It's a light and dry sake that seems to be popular with everyone.
It might have a little bit of Jyuseki in it 🤔.
I heard there used to be a limited edition of this sake, but I'm sure it's delicious.
