It was cold again this weekend and I wanted to drink heated sake, so I bought Onogawa Junmai Hi-ire ❣️
Well, there is nothing special about it, it's just a standard junmai that's easy to drink lol.
It can be served hot or warmed 🍶.
It has a gentle flavor and a soft, refreshing aftertaste with few peculiarities👍
My partner, my daughter, my partner's mother, and I went on a trip to Okinawa 🌴🌺✈😅 with our three generations.
We came back safely the other day ε-(´´holiday´´).
I received some gifts of island rakkyo and umi budou for my absence 🌊(and other things too, of course ❣️).
Thanks 🥹!
The island rakkyo tastes like rakkyo lol.
Of course it is😅
Sea grapes are so addictive 😁.
But I still like mozuku vinegar 😉 lol
Good morning, T.KISO 😃.
A heated bottle of regular Junmai 🍶 is so calming ☺️
Umibudo! I had it for the first time not too long ago and it was delicious 😌I love Okinawa 🌺 with three generations of parents and children! We've never been and would love to go 🥹.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby😄.
A regular heated sake is really a hoot 🎶.
Umibudo (sea grapes) are delicious, though they only have a crunchy texture: ❣️
I went once before the fire at 1 Shuri Castle. It's good 😁.
Good morning, T.KISO 🐥.
I'm glad you got a souvenir from Okinawa I just saw ❣️ mozuku vinegared rice bowl at once OK, so umi budou looked like mozuku vinegared 🤣.
I hope Shuri Castle can be rebuilt soon 🙏.
Good evening, Pon-chan😄.
No, no, if that amount of mozuku vinegar,
It's not enough! I'm so sorry!
🤣.
Shuri Castle is under reconstruction, but I heard that you could see the inner part of the castle (the toilets of those days?), which was not open to the public before 😉. I heard you could even see the back part of the castle that was not open to the public before 😉.
Packed in the morning on March 1, to be served on March 2.
It has a gorgeous aroma, a slightly effervescent mouthfeel, a refreshing sweetness like a pear, and a clean, refreshing finish!
This is a sake made with the brewer's passion for sake brewing, and finished in just one day!
It is said to mean "limited sake" and "matured". Slightly yellow in color, as if aged.
The acidity is more dominant than the sweetness, with a hint of kijoshu-like acidity. But I want more sweetness. It would have been better if it were a ginjo.

The mouthfeel is faintly gassy.
In the mouth, it has a firm thickness, but instead of the roughness of unfiltered raw sake, it has a gorgeous flavor.
The subtle acidity and the accentuated bitterness that comes afterward are also very pleasant.
...It is very difficult to put into words what I thought of the sake.

Next is 100% Akita Komachi Junmai sake.
It has a nice sweet and umami taste 😁.
