Oonogawa Tenka Shooting Star Label (50% Akita Komachi)
It has a good balance of umami and sweetness, and is my favorite type of beer. I was told that it was not second fermentation in the bottle.
Onagawa Tenka Heart Label (50% Sake Komachi)
As always, it is rich and sweet.
◯Oonogawa Tenka Kame label (50% Kame-no-o)
Sourness and umami can be felt, and it is refreshingly sweet and tasty.
There were not so many varieties this time, but I still like Kame-no-o.
A clear and gentle junmai sake. It has no peculiarities and no characteristics. Basically, it seems light and dry, which I don't really like, but I don't dislike this one.
Sake rice→Menkoina produced in Yamauchi Village, Yokote City, Akita Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio→70
Alcohol content→15%.
Yeast→Kura yeast

It was cold again this weekend and I wanted to drink heated sake, so I bought Onogawa Junmai Hi-ire ❣️
Well, there is nothing special about it, it's just a standard junmai that's easy to drink lol.
It can be served hot or warmed 🍶.
It has a gentle flavor and a soft, refreshing aftertaste with few peculiarities👍
