Here is the second bottle at Obanzai Shino. My memory is a bit fuzzy at the end of the second meeting, but I drank the last bottle of Onogawa Tenka, a limited distribution product. It is a type with moderate sweetness and a sharp aftertaste.
The sharpness is similar to that of Kido from Wakayama.
This sake is also a perfect accompaniment to tofu. I enjoyed it.

This is a standard sake that can be enjoyed in all three temperature ranges (chilled, room temperature, and hot). We tried 70% polished rice in order to make you feel the delicious flavor of rice. It is characterized by a moderate acidity and umami flavor."
It's perfect for warming up.

Akita Shinkansen Komachi Label
I heard that it is a "direct morning bottle" once a year. Purchased at Sugakyu Shoten near Akita Station.
It was fresh and fruity, with a slight lactic acidity.
At the time I bought it, I had no idea that I would be involved in a Tohoku Shinkansen train linkage incident the next day 🤣.
