Dainogawa Tenka Junmai" Pelican Label
Nice to meet you and buy the label
Akitakomachi with 70% polished rice
I'm curious about this information 🍶.
Soft and handsome aroma when poured into a glass.
When you put it in your mouth... oh my, it's delicious water!
It tastes like rice 🌾 with a hint of rice flavor.
Light, modern dry taste?
You can enjoy it in large gulps!
I happened to meet Ms. Usagi Goten🐰 at the Kyoto Takashimaya Sake Festival.
I consulted with Usagoten🐰 about the sake to bring to the Sakai Bring Your Own Off-line Meeting to be held on the weekend, and he guided me to the Onogawa booth.
I tasted it and liked it so much that I bought it. Thank you very much Usagi 😁.
And I was going to bring this sake to the off-line meeting, but ....
I couldn't resist and opened the bottle. I was going to bring it to the party but I couldn't resist and opened it 🙏 ....
Mellow and gently matured for 2 years in refrigeration. Still it has a freshness to it. The balance between the two was delicious.
Hi Luteltemi 😃.
It's great to run into the Sakewa family at a sake fair or something like that 🤗.
If it's recommended by Usagi and you're allowed to taste it, you're sure to be able to enjoy it 😆 I was amused that you didn't bring it to the offline meeting and drank it first 😆.
Hi Lutemi 🐦!
It looks like you and 🐰 had a good time going around, I wish I could have stayed too 🐰 And you bought some delicious looking ones! I regret I didn't go to see Tenka this time 💦.
I opened the bottle before I took it with me, I had a blast 🤣.
Akita Sake Komachi" is used and the rice polishing ratio is 50%.
It is a little dry and refreshing.
It has a mild and gentle sweetness on the palate.
At the same time, the acidity and bitterness that comes in at the same time are very strong.
The acidity and bitterness are released first, and the sweetness lingers at the end.
The taste is coherent and crisp.
Production date: December 2023
Sealing date: December 15, 2023
A gift from a native of Akita, Japan. Thank you 😆.
This is delicious.
It has a beautiful mouthfeel, but the umami hits you hard, and it goes down smoothly. It's a good sake that is very drinkable and yet easy to drink.
Thank you very much! I wonder if I can have it again😄.
