ジョンスミス大佐This is a sake from Miyazaki that I received as a Furusato tax payment.
The back of the bottle reads.
"Gorgeous aroma and refreshing taste.
is exactly what it says.
It's like a mildly gorgeous Japanese-style dress.
It is light and easy to drink.
If I may say so, I would like a little more acidity.
I had it cold, but I'll try heating it up tomorrow.
