For Christmas A sake-based yogurt liqueur that is easy to drink. It is really a drinkable yogurt! White grapes go well with it. Even a child could drink it all... It's good to drink something like this once in a while! Although the cost performance is not so good.

Local Sake at a Little Tiredness Party Sake fermented with lychee I've been wanting to try the saké because it's the first estate brewed saké in Japan. 25% spilled when I opened it😭 You should write that down... The taste is not so much sourness, but bubbly, sweet and lychee aroma. Not just the aroma, but the lychee flavor seems to come on strong. Sake feel is light. It's delicious. Easy to drink, not like 13%. I drink too much myself trying to get women to drink it... I drank it with soy milk hot pot today. Both are good. And it warms you up.

Long time no see Tateyama I became a fan of this sake after drinking it for the first time at Ginrei-Tateyama in Tokyo a long time ago. After Corona, I bought it again after a long time. I tried it cold and then lukewarm. Lukewarm warmed sake is delicious! It's that time of year!

Chosen because it is an autumnal sake. They were sold out of one more bottle at the store. I'm not good with that kind of thing... If I had to choose between men and women, I'd say men. A thank-you gift from the person who guided us to the Gekkeikan Okura Memorial Museum. At the Gekkeikan Okura Memorial Museum, we were allowed to taste three kinds of sake at the end of the tour, and this was one of them. I thought it was Gekkeikan and licked it, but why not? I thought it was a pretty high level. If you call it individuality... but it is like it has three things going for it. However, it is also true that the recent draft requires a certain skill. But it is fresh and easy to drink with a good balance of acidity, sweetness, and sake flavor. Don't lick Gekkeikan. It's nice that it's only available here!

Purchased at a tasting. I compared three types of sake from the Gen no Taki series and bought the one I thought was the tastiest. It has a good balance of sake, flavor, and sweetness. The price was 2000 yen. It's great. I brought it to a BBQ and it was as good as the well-seasoned meat.

Purchased after tasting at Isetan Kyoto Tasted after Premiere Amour, not Premium Ale. This is well-balanced. Sake, freshness, mellow umami, sweetness and dryness. And the price! The best value for money. I tasted many kinds of Tomioh, but this is the cheapest and tastiest! I guess there must be some hidden good sake all over the country. It seems to be a limited edition, but I recommend it.

If you want to pair dried fish from Noto with sake, you must drink sake from Ishikawa! So I ran to a local liquor store. This is the sake I encountered there. Perhaps it was the lack of expectation, but it was a very tasty sake with a refreshing taste that did not disturb the meal with its melon aroma and sweetness. There are still many delicious sakes out there that I have never tried.

Winter. It's been a while since I last posted. I've been drinking a little bit, but I've lost my passion... I thought I'd continue to drink sake, because it's still good. The first sake to be revived is Ippongi's Winter Nigori Sake. It goes well with strong flavored side dishes. At first glance it looks strong, but it is light and easy to drink. It is a good sake as a food sake because it does not have a strange sweetness. On the other hand, it is a little weak in terms of peculiarities, and a little weak in terms of punch when enjoyed on its own.
