Nagano is Kame no Umi. Sake from Saku.
Sourness and sake taste are restrained. Sweetness comes first. It is soft and smooth. It is like cotton candy or elegant apple candy. It may not have much depth, but it is very easy to drink. I paired it with motsu nabe for dinner. It was a nice touch.
