Unfiltered, Nama, Harazake, Junmai Ginjo, Nigori. If you look at the specs alone, it is a perfect match. Just the words alone made me drool. It took about 3 minutes to open the bottle, as indicated by the opening caution tag. The impression on the palate was umami! It has a good amount of sweetness. It has a good amount of sweetness, but it has a strong umami that you can feel from the tip of your tongue, which I really like! It is creamy with a strong and creamy ooze. It is a Calpis sour with a strong umami. However, the overall cohesiveness and balance of the sake is just about perfect. It's not that it's bad, but I personally thought it would be a perfect sake if it had a more cohesive taste while still having a lot of volume. This is one of a set of 3 bottles I received. It contains Tokyo sake, but is it sold as a souvenir? It has almost no aroma. When poured into a glass, it is yellowish and full of umami. There is no stimulation when you put it in your mouth, and the umami is juicy, with a slight twist of acidity. After swallowing, you can feel a little bit of alcohol, but it is not unpleasant. I drank it at room temperature, and got the impression that it was a hearty and delicious food sake. I drank it with a bowl of tendon that I bought at the supermarket, which was a great decision. There was a Takeyuki liquor store special Ver, so I bought it out of curiosity. Not that I really like Takeyuki, but I'm curious about test brewing and only being sold at that liquor store. The aroma is muscat-like, and on the palate, it's...kind of blah, huh? The taste is not clear. Another sip, yeah, not that much. At first I was surprised by the unpleasant atmosphere. Thin sugar water, a little acid, a little hot throat type of drink. Yeah, I didn't dislike it, but I didn't like it. It's 15%, so it's a bit heavy to drink, but it doesn't have a heavy feeling. Purchased when I visited Nagano. This is my first time to buy Kawanakajima. The label on the back of the bottle said "Shake well", so I stirred it from the beginning. Even so, I could tell even before I opened the bottle that it was very thick. Opened the bottle. Of course, it is a bit thick on the palate. The acidity is quite strong and full of flavor. The acidity is strong until the aftertaste, so you don't feel the heaviness, but the overall volume is large. Yamamoto's "Do" has a sludgy impression, but perhaps it is because it is so smooth that there is no impression of sludginess. It is a smooth and smooth type of nigori sake. I like it as one of the top-ranked dry nigori sake. 8.7

Mimuro-sugi is not my favorite type of sake, but I bought a packet of it. I thought it would be very shwashy, but it was only lightly shwashy when I opened the bottle. This is my first time to taste Dio Abita, which is reputed to be delicious and tasty. The aroma is fresh pear. Is it fire-roasted? I don't know the specs, but the aroma is promising. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a little bit of chili. It is quite light, as is typical of low-alcoholic beverages. The sweetness is reminiscent of pear and peach. My first time at Tenbi. I bought it as soon as I got off the Shinkansen. The bottle was opened with a light swoosh. The aroma was peachy, perhaps influenced by the label. The mouthfeel is a light shwash. It is light but sweet, but also dry. After the sweetness, there is a slight acidity and astringency. Then there is a fruity sweetness that traces the edges of the tongue. The sweetness here is a bit sticky. I'm still in awe of Amami. I tried it with caprese, kiriboshi-daikon and shijimi clam miso soup, and as expected, the caprese went perfectly with it. 9

This is my first time drinking Raifuku's nigori sake, X. I was disappointed that it didn't shrivel up at all, even though there was a warning tag to open the bottle. It was a little different from what I expected. The only thing I know about it is that it is a nigori (nigori) sake, but I don't know what it is. The aroma was sweet. A sip. Well, I don't like it very much. It's not that I don't want to drink it or that it tastes bad. It's just that it's not my favorite type. The sweetness comes to the front, and it is sweet from a little acidity. There is a cloudy lactic acidity. After a while after swallowing, you feel an astringent taste at the back of your throat. When I look at my own writing, I think it's the type I like, but why? One thing I can tell is that it has no volume and seems a little thin, which is a negative for me. Nigorinpic continues to be held. Here is the best Ramune sake in my opinion. Miyazumi Junmai Nigori. From the moment the bottle is opened, it has a nice, rumney-like aroma. It has a very fine gasiness and a chirichiri-ness that is typical of new sake. Nigorinpic is still being held. This is a well-known sake that is closer to doburoku than sake. I am not a big fan of doburoku, but this is one of the sakes I always want to buy every year. I wondered how long it would take to open the bottle this year. When I twisted the cap, it just started to rise slowly. It was a bit too long, so I tightened the cap once, but I was in a completely easygoing mode, thinking, "This is not so bad. It came down quickly, so I loosened the cap a little, and then, 'Puju! I was caught off guard. Yes, I was caught off guard. There is no way this sake is that easy, right? But I was glad that it only splashed on my desk. After 5 minutes of struggle, the bottle was safely opened. Just pouring it in, it was a bit too thick! The concentration is about the same as that of swallowed yogurt. Although the concentration is high, I don't feel any heaviness, partly because of the shuwashuwa. Last year, it had a strong dry taste, but this year it feels mellow and easy to drink. But it feels less sweet, so I don't think I'll get tired of drinking it. It might fill you up, lol. It was delicious this year, too. 8.3

We were able to capture the mainstay of the Nigorinpik again this year. In my opinion, Snowman and Kochira are the two sakes that I must capture. When I opened the bottle, it almost overflowed, but I was able to get it to stop after one opening and closing. It is not so sticky, but it has a lot of sweetness and flavor. The calpis soda, of course, has a light and refreshing aftertaste, while still having a great flavor. It has a light and refreshing aftertaste, as well as a strong schwashiness, which I really like. There is no bitterness at all, so if you drink it on its own, you will go on and on drinking it. This is one of the sweetest Hirotogawa bottles, which does not show sweetness all over the bottle. During the period of Nigorinpic. Every year I look forward to the Hakusyu from Tedorigawa. I think it is one of the top-ranked nigorizake that can be easily purchased. There was a warning on the bottle to be careful of spills, but when we opened the bottle, there was almost no reaction as in previous years. We drank from the supernatant. It is slightly carbonated and has a hint of white peach, and the flavor spreads in the mouth. When we drank the mixture, it was more acidic and more to our liking than the supernatant alone. The cloudiness is quite light, so the yogurt feeling is very weak. The overall impression is more cohesive when mixed, or rather a little more compact. Hmmm, a little less my type than last year? The impression of smooth freshness remains unchanged until the aftertaste. The acidity of the sake is pleasant in the aftertaste, and you can't stop drinking it. The snowball has a nice nama yeast yeast yeast yeast. It was not dull last year, but this year it is even more refreshing and I like it very much. I don't remember if it was the year before last or three years ago, but there was a time when it was quite dry, but unlike that time, it is cloudy and you can feel the volume, which is very satisfying.
