Mimuro-sugi is not my favorite type of sake, but I bought a packet of it. I thought it would be very shwashy, but it was only lightly shwashy when I opened the bottle. I thought so, but when I opened the bottle, it was just a light sizzle. But then the automatic stirring device was activated. But it did not overflow. When you pour it into a cup, it is very shwashy. The mouthfeel is moderate and pleasant. It has a smooth sweetness like apples and peaches, a little acidity, and an astringent aftertaste. The alcohol seems to be 13 degrees, or rather, it feels much lighter than 13 degrees. It is light, but it is not lacking. It is fresh, fresh anyway. It's not my favorite, as I like heavier wines, but this is delicious. 8.3

The schwash is still there. The taste is well-balanced with citrus sweetness, acidity, and a hint of bitterness. The sweetness is just right, the volume is just right, and the finish is just right. The hexagonal balance is the best, and it is overwhelmingly inexpensive. If you think about it in terms of cost performance, it is the best sake I have ever encountered. 9.0

This is my first time to taste Dio Abita, which is reputed to be delicious and tasty. The aroma is fresh pear. Is it fire-roasted? I don't know the specs, but the aroma is promising. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a little bit of chili. It is quite light, as is typical of low-alcoholic beverages. The sweetness is reminiscent of pear and peach. There is a bit of astringency in the aftertaste, but the flavor is really clear all the way through. Delicious, delicious, but I have to reconfirm that I prefer a more profound sake. My first time at Tenbi. I bought it as soon as I got off the Shinkansen. The bottle was opened with a light swoosh. The aroma was peachy, perhaps influenced by the label. The mouthfeel is a light shwash. It is light but sweet, but also dry. After the sweetness, there is a slight acidity and astringency. Then there is a fruity sweetness that traces the edges of the tongue. The sweetness here is a bit sticky. I'm still in awe of Amami. I tried it with caprese, kiriboshi-daikon and shijimi clam miso soup, and as expected, the caprese went perfectly with it. 9

This is my first time drinking Raifuku's nigori sake, X. I was disappointed that it didn't shrivel up at all, even though there was a warning tag to open the bottle. It was a little different from what I expected. The only thing I know about it is that it is a nigori (nigori) sake, but I don't know what it is. The aroma was sweet. A sip. Well, I don't like it very much. It's not that I don't want to drink it or that it tastes bad. It's just that it's not my favorite type. The sweetness comes to the front, and it is sweet from a little acidity. There is a cloudy lactic acidity. After a while after swallowing, you feel an astringent taste at the back of your throat. When I look at my own writing, I think it's the type I like, but why? One thing I can tell is that it has no volume and seems a little thin, which is a negative for me. I could not buy it due to the following reasons. I could not buy it. There were several kinds of sake, but I chose an orthodox one. It has a thick sweetness on the palate, and when it dries, it becomes sticky. There is a banana-like taste, but overall it is muscat-like. I'm not sure, but it's very fruity. It's so fresh that it's hard to believe it's once-fired. The sweetness spreads in the mouth until after swallowing, and then the umami overlaps in the mouth. Yes, as expected of Yamama. Nigorinpic continues to be held. Here is the best Ramune sake in my opinion. Miyazumi Junmai Nigori. From the moment the bottle is opened, it has a nice, rumney-like aroma. It has a very fine gasiness and a chirichiri-ness that is typical of new sake. A silky pear-like sweetness is felt from the tip of the tongue to the back of the throat, followed by the astringency of new sake. The sweetness and a little bit of astringency that comes afterwards is a good accent. It is because of its lightness that it gives a satisfying impression. It is indeed a great bottle. Nigorinpic is still being held. This is a well-known sake that is closer to doburoku than sake. I am not a big fan of doburoku, but this is one of the sakes I always want to buy every year. I wondered how long it would take to open the bottle this year. When I twisted the cap, it just started to rise slowly. It was a bit too long, so I tightened the cap once, but I was in a completely easygoing mode, thinking, "This is not so bad. It came down quickly, so I loosened the cap a little, and then, 'Puju! I was caught off guard. Yes, I was caught off guard. There is no way this sake is that easy, right? But I was glad that it only splashed on my desk. After 5 minutes of struggle, the bottle was safely opened. Just pouring it in, it was a bit too thick! The concentration is about the same as that of swallowed yogurt. Although the concentration is high, I don't feel any heaviness, partly because of the shuwashuwa. Last year, it had a strong dry taste, but this year it feels mellow and easy to drink. But it feels less sweet, so I don't think I'll get tired of drinking it. It might fill you up, lol. It was delicious this year, too. 8.3

We were able to capture the mainstay of the Nigorinpik again this year. In my opinion, Snowman and Kochira are the two sakes that I must capture. When I opened the bottle, it almost overflowed, but I was able to get it to stop after one opening and closing. It is not so sticky, but it has a lot of sweetness and flavor. The calpis soda, of course, has a light and refreshing aftertaste, while still having a great flavor. It has a light and refreshing aftertaste, as well as a strong schwashiness, which I really like. There is no bitterness at all, so if you drink it on its own, you will go on and on drinking it. This is one of the sweetest Hirotogawa bottles, which does not show sweetness all over the bottle. During the period of Nigorinpic. Every year I look forward to the Hakusyu from Tedorigawa. I think it is one of the top-ranked nigorizake that can be easily purchased. There was a warning on the bottle to be careful of spills, but when we opened the bottle, there was almost no reaction as in previous years. We drank from the supernatant. It is slightly carbonated and has a hint of white peach, and the flavor spreads in the mouth. When we drank the mixture, it was more acidic and more to our liking than the supernatant alone. The cloudiness is quite light, so the yogurt feeling is very weak. The overall impression is more cohesive when mixed, or rather a little more compact. Hmmm, a little less my type than last year? The winter Nigori-no-Golympics have begun, so let's start with this one. It is not nigori sake, but rather orikara sake. I was scared to open the bottle because of the warning on the bottle neck, but I was not surprised because it was just a light shriek. It was just a little bit of orizumi coming up. A bottle of my favorite Hirotogawa that I have yet to drink. Come to think of it, I haven't been able to drink it this year. The aroma is gorgeous among Hirotogawa's wines. It has a smooth sweetness from the moment you put it in your mouth. The mild sweetness is typical of Hirotogawa, and the sharpness of Yamada-Nishiki comes through. From there, there is a sharp flavor typical of Yamadanishiki. The astringent aftertaste reminds one of grapefruit. It is sweet but not sticky and has a sharpness that makes it a good match for a variety of dishes. It has little acidity, so it is good with food that is not greasy. After all, Hirotogawa is the best, and Yamada-Nishiki is stable. There can be no mistake. 8

It's been a while since I've been to Yukino Kayasha. I bought a late hiyaoroshi. The texture is smooth and fresh, and the umami is juicy. However, when I saw the label and the hiyaoroshi necklace, I thought, "This looks delicious..." and bought a bottle. When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised to see the explosion of umami from the smooth texture on the tongue! It was amazing. The sweet and tasty flavor is running rampant in my mouth. I can also taste a little sourness, making it feel like a hot lemon. Sweet! （Umami! (Acid) Umami! I also feel astringency in the umami, and the alcohol taste is not unpleasant, but I like the ruggedness! I like the ruggedness that comes with it. I am late to the party, but I bought it again this year. My summer's mainstay. It is one of my favorites among nigori. It is refreshing and light despite being a nigori sake, and is extremely delicious with the creaminess of nigori in it. The only drawback is that it takes about 10 minutes to open the bottle, but of course, it is strong and shuwa shuwa. It is refreshing and perfect for summer. It is basically a sweet calpis soda, but the bitterness is not monotonous, and that is one of my favorite points. It is delicious. 8.8
