New Year's nigori pick.
Urasato's light nigori, which has been well-received recently, has been sitting in the refrigerator, but was opened today.
When we opened the bottle, the automatic stirrer was activated, but it did not overflow.
When it was poured, it was quite a bit of a sizzle, and when I took a sip, it was quite a bit of a sizzle! It is totally different from the vigor at the time of opening the bottle.
It has a fresh sweetness as if you are biting into a peach, with a slight melon flavor.
You can feel the sweetness and immediately taste the umami. The mouthfeel is light, but the volume is wonderful. It is honestly delicious with a great balance.
The moment you swallow it, you can feel a little acidity and astringency, so you can drink it without feeling sluggish.
It is good as an aperitif or with Western food. Of course, it is also good on its own.
It may be my favorite among Urasato's wines.
