This is my first time to taste Dio Abita, which is reputed to be delicious and tasty. The aroma is fresh pear. Is it fire-roasted? I don't know the specs, but the aroma is promising. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a little bit of chili. It is quite light, as is typical of low-alcoholic beverages. The sweetness is reminiscent of pear and peach. There is a bit of astringency in the aftertaste, but the flavor is really clear all the way through. Delicious, delicious, but I have to reconfirm that I prefer a more profound sake. The fact that I feel it is lacking is completely a matter of taste. Super light, but I don't have the impression that it is lacking. 7.1
