Fruity aroma typical of Omine, with a bit of milky-ness from the origami. In the mouth, sweet astringency and juiciness prevail over a cloudy feeling. The usual Omine is a little silky. Delicious. It's a little bit like a high-class Oumine. However, it did not exceed my expectations. 7.5

I had not been able to drink it because the liquor store near me did not have it, but I was able to go to the Kakinuma Sake Shop one day and finally bought it there. It has a gorgeous aroma. The aroma is what you would expect from a sweet and tasty sake. The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a clear sweetness, followed by a strong acidity that is typical of a sake brewed from a traditional sake yeast stock. It is beautiful, but it has a wild flavor. Maybe it is because it is made from the traditional sake yeast yeast. It is light at 14 ºC, but it is not insufficient. The aftertaste is astringent and tight. 8

Snowball, the king and mainstay of new sake nigori, is captured again this year. When we opened the bottle all at once, we thought it would overflow with sizzle, but it did not overflow just in time. I thought it would overflow, but it didn't. Even though it was chilled well, I think it was a little less shwashy this year. The aroma was juicier than last year. Unlike the aroma, this year's is drier. The sizzle was stronger than the impression I had when the bottle was first opened. The acidity is also stronger than last year's. It has a strong sense of calpis, but the sweetness is moderate. It is dry but creamy, delicious, but I would like a little more sweetness. 8

A mini bottle of Toyama souvenir. It is said to be dry, but I guess it is just dry. It has a slight sweetness and a light taste. It has a sharpness, perhaps because it is alky, but the overall taste is bland. 5

The first new sake of the season is from Kido. 1320 yen, right? This price is too cheap for a junmai ginjo. It is a little chirpy and stimulating on the palate. It is fresh and refreshing with a strong sweetness and a youthful astringency. It is an easy-drinking new sake that is typical of Kido. It has a light taste while still having flavor, and although the acidity is not strong, it would be good with Western food. It would be good with cheese, for example. It is a light type of so-called modern type, but I don't dislike it. 6.8

Powerful aroma like Yamadanishiki. A little muscat-like. A sip... Wow! What is this? The aroma is unimaginable, but the flavor is so good! The area around the swallow is a bit astringent, with a slight sourness. It's a flavor bomb, like eating a rice ball. It brings out the power of Yamada Nishiki. Many dry Yamada-Nishiki sake are sharply made, and I had a strong image of that, so I imagined it would be sharp from the +11 labeling, but it was completely different. I drank it cold, but I think it needs to be heated up. It tastes even better now that it is getting colder. 8.3

A bottle given to me as a souvenir from Toyama. I had never heard of it before. From the moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness is all over the place. From there, the umami comes out! It is an explosion of umami that is typical of hiyaoroshi, and it is very good. The sweetness is strong, but the acidity and astringency that follows keeps it from being too strong. It is light and easy to drink despite its strong umami. It is probably one of my favorites among sweet hiyaoroshi. There are so many delicious sake that I don't know about.

It's been a long time since I've tried Takeyoshi. It seems to be popular among people, but although I thought it was tasty, I could not say that it was in the middle of my taste buds, so I did not buy it willingly. I thought hiya oroshi would be good, so I bought it. The aroma was calm, but it had a slight, gorgeous, heroic aroma. I took a sip. It has a gorgeous sweetness that is very Takeyushi-esque. The sweetness is quite restrained, but it's good. From there, umami hits you! Then, the astringent bitterness is felt. Yummmmai! The balance of sweetness, umami, and bitterness is great! The pear-like sweetness, the mild umami of hiyaoroshi, and the bitterness that keeps the overall impression from becoming dull. I feel like I could drink it by itself, but I think it would go great with sauteed mushrooms with more black pepper and butter. It's a great hiyaoroshi, and it's autumn!

This is the mainstay of autumn sake in my opinion. Almost no aroma, just a hint of sweetness from the rice in the mouth. The sweetness of rice in the mouth is followed by a big thump of umami! It is sweeter than last year, but not fruity. There is no flashy impression, but it is lively in the mouth. But it doesn't have a thick taste, which is strange. It is a strange and delicious sake with a strong flavor but a light impression. 9

Delicious aroma of matured sake. One sip, and the umami is powerful! But it is not heavy, and the acidity is strong. It's so good! I love this kind of easy-drinking sake with a lot of umami. I think this was the first time I drank Fudo, but it was very tasty. I was surprised. 8.6

I had only ever seen a 1.5 liter bottle, but this was the first time I saw a 4 liter bottle, so I bought it. I had only ever seen it in a one-sho bottle, but this was the first time I saw it in a four-pack, so I bought it. The aroma is subdued, and when you put it in your mouth, you feel the sweetness of molasses and the stimulation of chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri. It is sweet and juicy like Kangiku, but light and easy to drink. Although there is a little bit of stickiness, which is not one of its strong points, the bitterness in the aftertaste gives it a delicious flavor that does not linger. This may be my favorite Kangiku I've ever had. 8.2

It is already hiya-odoroshi season, isn't it? It has been a while since I was at a liquor store, but I chose this one from among several hiya-odori. I thought it would be delicious if it added umami to the fruity flavor of Omine. When I took a sip, the impression was clearer than I had imagined. The juiciness of Oumine is still there, but the umami is more powerful! I would like to say that the juiciness of Omine is still there, but it is just a little bit. I can feel the muscat-like flavor, but it is not a flavor that comes later, but rather an immediate umami flavor. The umami is just like when you drink soup. Juicy hiyaoroshi is delicious. 8.1

The bottle was opened with a pop! It wasn't until the cork flew open. Amateurish aroma. When poured, it was a sizzle. A sip. The taste is a little sweet from the strong sizzle. You can feel the sweetness, but it has a graininess. It is delicious. It is a type I have never felt so much. Light but full-bodied? It's very drinkable. 8.8

It has been a long time since I bought my favorite Soli. The acidity is strong from the moment you put it in your mouth, so it is perfect for hot days. The acidity is strong but not sharp. The flavor is immediately followed by a burst of umami. The acidity is followed by a sharp finish. It is a smooth yet sweet bomb, a bottle that is perfect to drink. 8

I bought it because it was recommended by a liquor store. It has a sweet aroma, a smooth, thin, molasses-like sweetness, and at the same time, an acidic astringent taste passes through the mouth. It has a good balance. It has a light mouthfeel that is typical of 13%, and although it is not heavy, I did not feel that it was thin. 8.5

As a Nigolist, I couldn't pass up a bottle and bought it as soon as I saw it. Upon opening the bottle, it didn't shrivel up at all, just one or two bubbles. After mixing it lightly and pouring it into a cup, it started to swirl. The aroma was sour, just like Yamahai, and when you sip it, you can feel the sourness of Yamahai first, but it was pleasantly shwashy. It is not too strong, but it is sharp and edgy. At the same time, a silky sweetness is felt wrapped in the creaminess characteristic of muddy sake. From there, it is THE Tetorigawa, with a sharp, sharp finish and a dry aftertaste. The muddiness is also very thick, so the sweetness and umami of the rice overlaps with the sweetness and umami of the rice. It is delicious. It is a good summer sake with little peculiarities typical of Yamahai, and has a sense of umami as well as acidity. 8.9

I couldn't find anything at the liquor store, so I chose this one by a process of elimination! I chose this one by process of elimination because I couldn't find anything I wanted. It was hot, so I wanted something dry and not sticky. I don't like Morishima because it seems a little thin, but how about this one? The aroma is a little light, as if it were fire-roasted. When you put it in your mouth, it has a gorgeous flavor that is typical of junmai ginjo, and it soaks in like water. It is still a bit thin. It is clear that it is refreshing and easy to drink, but the moment you swallow it, you feel less fullness, so the level of satisfaction is low. It's not that it tastes bad, it's just that it's not to my taste. But I don't think I will buy Morishima anymore. 5.5

Got my second bottle this year! I'm glad I got it because it's my favorite summer sake 😄. It took me more than 5 minutes to open the bottle even though it was well chilled in the fridge. It's a bit sticky and sweet, but it's refreshing. It's really a Calpis Sour, and I highly recommend everyone to try it. 9.5

When it's hot, it's all about the shwash, so I bought it. I thought it would be too popular to buy anyway, but there were still some left. I wondered if it was not popular, even though it had been in stock for quite a while. The first time I opened the bottle, I was surprised to find it was just like a cola! It's like a cola. It's a great sizzle in the bottle, but not to the point of overflowing. Even when I poured it into a cup, it was still a cola, so fluffy that it almost overflowed. The surface is white with bubbles. This is the first time I've bought a gas-injected type, but compared to the second fermentation type in the bottle, the squishiness doesn't stop for a while after pouring. A sip, and the sizzle is weaker than I expected, with a smooth sweetness and an apple-like aroma. It is perfect for this hot season! Despite its lightness, I don't feel any thinness, perhaps because of the 15% alcohol content. The juiciness that is typical of recent Tazake is even stronger, I must finish it before it loses its carbonation. 9

When the bottle was opened, it was not as bad as I thought it would be, just a little buzzing sound. When poured into a glass, the bubbles are accelerated! The white bubbles, finer than champagne, rise to the surface. It smells like white peaches. The sweetness of white peaches is juicy with a strong gassy sensation. It is fresh, juicy, and delicious, just like biting into a whole white peach. There is some milky flavor with a hint of cocoa, but it is only a subtle addition to the full strength of the white peach flavor. The astringent aftertaste is refreshing, so you can drink it without feeling sluggish. Even though this is the type of sweet juicy that I don't drink very often, this will keep my cup going. The sweetness without being sticky is ◎ 9
