This is my first time drinking Raifuku's nigori sake, X.
I was disappointed that it didn't shrivel up at all, even though there was a warning tag to open the bottle. It was a little different from what I expected.
The only thing I know about it is that it is a nigori (nigori) sake, but I don't know what it is.
The aroma was sweet. A sip.
Well, I don't like it very much. It's not that I don't want to drink it or that it tastes bad. It's just that it's not my favorite type.
The sweetness comes to the front, and it is sweet from a little acidity. There is a cloudy lactic acidity.
After a while after swallowing, you feel an astringent taste at the back of your throat.
When I look at my own writing, I think it's the type I like, but why?
One thing I can tell is that it has no volume and seems a little thin, which is a negative for me.
I also feel that there is less of Raifuku's flair and less of it.
