Mimuro-sugi is not my favorite type of sake, but I bought a packet of it.
I thought it would be very shwashy, but it was only lightly shwashy when I opened the bottle. I thought so, but when I opened the bottle, it was just a light sizzle. But then the automatic stirring device was activated. But it did not overflow.
When you pour it into a cup, it is very shwashy. The mouthfeel is moderate and pleasant.
It has a smooth sweetness like apples and peaches, a little acidity, and an astringent aftertaste.
The alcohol seems to be 13 degrees, or rather, it feels much lighter than 13 degrees. It is light, but it is not lacking. It is fresh, fresh anyway.
It's not my favorite, as I like heavier wines, but this is delicious.
