Tonight is Nagano sake 🍶 which was delicious last time 🤤Tsukiyoshino! I was in Kofu, so I'm sipping on sakura motsuni, fatty hagatsuo sashimi, hamachi sashimi, and homemade yaki-sai... Unlike last time, it has a classical taste that connoisseurs like, and it's good as a food sake... Hagatsuo is the best 😀 Yummy 😋.

The first Suminoe! Although it claims to be classical...it feels very modern because it is jun-daigin...🍶 The delicious taste of Yamadanishiki rice, the moderate bitterness in the aftertaste...it also has a strong presence! First time at Tamagawa♪ Junmai brewed with Omachi, a favorite of mine! Aroma: Sweet aroma like syrup...mouthfeel 😅Thick and thick! The rich flavor and sweetness of Omachi is superb! The aftertaste is a nice sourness, which leaves a lingering aftertaste. Since I went to Yamanashi today, I enjoyed the taste of autumn with stewed sakura (horse), akebono soybeans (which are in season now), and simmered dishes....

My favorite "Fukusuku" ㊗️ is the trophy of my trip to Minami-Boso for binge drinking and binge eating...and it's Hachikan-nishiki...!
