My favorite "Fukusuku" ㊗️ is the trophy of my trip to Minami-Boso for binge drinking and binge eating...and it's Hachikan-nishiki...! The lingering aftertaste is nice 🙆The potential of the sake rice is brought out well! Delicious! The snack was "fresh shirasu" (freshly caught this morning) from Hiratsuka, Kanagawa, where I work! Freshness is excellent! The snacks are also delicious 😋 Enjoy a leisurely and luxurious evening drink...

The spoils of my trip to Minami-Boso, I bought my favorite ❤ "Fukusuku" ㊗️ at Iwase Shuzo's brewery. It has a cute 😊 sea turtle label... The aroma is faintly sweet with a hint of rice, and the mouthfeel is sweet and tasty😋 before it turns sharp! It's a jungin brewed with hard water, so it's a little dry... I'm enjoying it with yakitori from Chichibu and zaru-tofu from Chichibu...yummy....

I bought it at a local liquor store when I stopped by Michi-no-Eki Kawaba! It's been a while since I've had Gunma sake, and this is my first time drinking Oze no Yukidoke. The aroma is fruity, the mouthfeel is sweet with a nice bitterness, and the taste is sharp! No wonder it is so popular! I'm enjoying it with whale yukke and whale sauce, souvenirs from Minami-Boso, on my binge-drinking and binge-eating trip...................................

The annual summer vacation is a reward for myself and my wife who work hard every day... a trip to Minami-Boso for drinking and eating! We bought a bottle of Miyamanishiki at the Iwase Sake Brewery... 240-hardness brewing water... The taste of the rice is delicious, and the acidity is sharp! The sake from Oyado 🍶 and the fish from Minami-Boso 🐟 (snacks)...every time I think about it, the fried Boshu shrimps 🦞 and the assorted local fish sashimi...the perfect marriage♪ This is why I come back every year...and I'll come back again...and again...and again... I'm sure I'll end up coming back.......

The second bottle today...with my eldest son...as you can see on the back of the bottle, when we opened it, it was just a pop! My favorite purple air, first time for a pineapple label! Sake brewed with Akita Sake Komachi 🍶 fragrant pineapple 🍶 reminds me of Hanayo... sweet and bitter to drink, maybe a little bitter after taste... no, maybe this is good! The. The snacks! I enjoy yakitori, seasonal okra, and edamame (green soybeans) with my snacks.

The spoils of my trip to Niigata: Tenjinbayashi, an aromatic rice syrup that I've been curious about for a while? Sweet! The mouthfeel...sweet! The aftertaste is a little bitter, but...yes! My son made sashimi from the fish we caught in Minami-Boso...Kojo-nishiki has a slightly fruity aroma...the mouthfeel is sweet and bitter with a sharp finish! Is it similar to Gohyakumangoku?
