This fruity aroma...flavor...for a junmai sake...this is delicious 😋It overturns the concept of sake 🍶...I wonder if I should just drink it small...or maybe sashimi would be good too! ...I wonder if it's the way the sake rice "Wakamizu" is brewed...this is delicious 😋....
Summer Sake 🍶♪Aroma: Muscat? Fresh and fruity 🍇 sweet and tasty on the palate...with a good acidity like fruit in the aftertaste...it's excellent that it doesn't linger......perfect for a day like today when the temperature is over 34 degrees Celsius! The entrée was stixenol, yuzu tofu with tofu from Saitama's Tsugegawa, and salmon skin chips...I am once again reminded of the high quality of Nagano sake today...delicious!

Yamori" 🦎, a long-time favorite of mine, is mostly Yatanishiki, but Yumachi is also delicious 😋! The mouthfeel is sweet...the rice flavor, sweetness, and a nice bitterness in the aftertaste give it a sharp edge! Excellent...nothing to say about it....my favorite brand, so I also serve sashimi.... I enjoy my holiday evenings with sea bream, the current season's yellowtail, hachibiki, and seared barracuda as snacks.

The aroma is sweet rice! The mouthfeel is as sweet as the aroma! But there is a pleasant tingle before it turns sharp and sharp! My favorite Sagaminada ♪ A little late, but I opened a bottle of seasonal sake 🍶 Omachi! It's so lively! The aroma is alive with a hint of Omachi's sweet aroma...sweet on the palate! The taste is stable and delicious! The stable deliciousness of Yumami...the deliciousness of Yumachi...but Sagaminada also goes well with seafood...I had a combination of local fish from Sagami Bay as a side dish...oshitsuke (aburabozu) is the best! I'm enjoying the marriage.
Local sake from Saitama 🍶 purchased at a sake brewery in Ogawa-machi. In a sense, it is not like Teimatsu's sake, which is very popular nowadays. Fruity aroma, sweet taste, and a sharp finish! I really wanted to enjoy the marriage with yakitori and horumon (hormone), but... this sake is best served with sashimi! So, we are enjoying it!
The spoils of our trip to Minami-Boso...well...it was a little different from what I had imagined. .... It's like an old-fashioned local sake....I guess it's ⭕️ for a mealtime drink....I'm enjoying it with sashimi of sardines and tataki of horse mackerels....

GW, my son came back from Kanagawa. He bought this for me! He knows what he's talking about! The aroma is modest because it is Yamada-Nishiki, and the rice? The aroma is not so strong because it is Yamada-nishiki, and the rice aroma....the mouthfeel, the acidity, the mellow umami, some people may not like it. No sweetness, but the deliciousness of Kanagawa-grown Yamadanishiki...I can feel the care that the company takes in everything from rice cultivation to brewing...â

Hello Pon-chan 😃I work in Kanagawa and my son lives in Sagamihara, Kanagawa, so Kanagawa sake is a frequent guest at our table. There are 13 sake breweries in Kanagawa and I enjoy them all for their individuality 🍶 It is even better when I drink it with my son 😋.
This is the second time I've had Ishizuchi! It's a mellow, umami-guchi, authentic style. I think it's a little more peculiar as a food sake than drinking it as it is...I enjoy it with yakitori....
The aroma is fruity, the mouthfeel is sweet, and you can feel the deliciousness of the rice... The bitterness is low, and the mellow flavor of the Aizan rice is impressive... The sake is a gift from Akita....the sake is a good old-fashioned sake....it may be a bit tough for young people....the Jun Daigin is a masterpiece....fruity aroma, sweet taste, but you can feel the flavor of rice....I enjoy it with seasonal sashimi.
