Last year, I went to the liquor store to buy the Discovery series, but out of the four types, only NewSensation was not sold out😭 I was kind of curious about that, so I bought it this year! This one is 90% polished Koshihikari rice. It's 💦 fresh and shriveled on the palate! It's sweet! No wonder it's a cold chrysanthemum 😚. This is delicious! Feels lighter than the 14% alcohol content, a dangerous thing that goes down smoothly! Gently sweet, juicy 😋. The creek is getting thicker and thicker...was it pooling at the bottom? But when I think about it, is this sake? I don't care, it's delicious 🤣. Sake is evolving, in a good way? I'm sure it's just a discovery! I really think it would be even better if we could compare 4 different kinds of sake together...! For now, I'm going to drink one bottle every year (for now) 😆.

Good morning, Takashi! I see you got the 90% Koshihikari Discovery you were interested in last year 🎵. I have the impression that it tastes so good that I can't believe it is low milled rice 😋. This is another series I would like to try someday 🤗.
