Sake from Kanagawa Prefecture, which was given to us as a gift. I opened a bottle of "Hakone Kaido" which I have never had before.
It was served chilled and had a full-bodied, robust flavor. When I ate it with Wasabi-zuke (pickled horseradish), which I received as a gift, the rich flavor flowed smoothly and beautifully, giving it a mysterious delicious taste. It is good cold, but it can also be enjoyed warmed.
I was impressed by the good combination of local sake and local food. Delicious ❗️
It has the mellowness of rice and the gentle aroma of melon✨.
The taste is a bit of melon and a bit of grape? The taste is like melon with a little bit of grape? It is 😆.
You can enjoy the taste of the rice, but it has just the right amount of acidity and a clean aftertaste, so if you drink it after taking a bath, you'll be able to enjoy it!
I have not been able to drink well recently due to my family's circumstances, but now that things have finally settled down, I am going on a two day and one night trip to Hakone Onsen (hot spring) starting today.
It is good to discover unexpected things when drinking on a trip 😆!
Accompany your meals at Hakone inns.
It is rich and tasty, and goes well with kaiseki.
Delicious.
