My fourth cup! My favorite 洌 since the first time I had it here. I don't have to tell you, it's delicious. It has a moderate weight on the palate with a clean aftertaste. It is my favorite type of sake 🥺. It's been a while since I've been to this restaurant and enjoyed the Yamagata sake with delicious food. I hope I can come back again soon!

Label cute here! I think I've had Kamikigen before, too, I asked for a bottle with a mild aroma and a full flavor, thinking it would be good, Conclusion: It's good! It has a firm, sweet mouthfeel, but the aftertaste is not that persistent, and it is delicious. My sister and I went for a drink today, and she (a sake lover) said that it was the best sake she had had today. LOL!

The second drink was Koikawa. I've had it before, but I don't remember, so I'll give you my impression again. (Basically, I always do lol). It was light and light on the palate! The description of the store says it can be served warmed, but the aftertaste is not too strong (but it is still strong enough to be good even for me, who likes it refreshing)! (but I like it light, but the aftertaste is still nice and firm) (But it has a firm aftertaste, which is good even for someone like me who likes it refreshing.) This is another sake that seems to be easy to drink, and I am terrified. LOL! But it was delicious, so there will be a repeat!

This is the first time I saw this one. I ordered it because it was described as having a sharp aftertaste! My honest impression, It's good, but not enough, lol. I don't like the aftertaste that comes on too quickly, but it seems to go over the top a little bit, doesn't it? I want a little more sharpness. I think it's the fate of being born in Kochi? I'm not sure 🤪. I can gobble it up if I'm hungover or something 😂. I'm not sure what to say, but it was delicious! I'm going to try a different one from this brewery!
