Here is the third cup. They gave me a free portion because I had ordered three cups. I heard a long time ago that Minami is distributed more in Tokyo than in Kochi. LOL! And they say it is the best sake to go with kushikatsu. LOL! I felt a little bit uncomfortable before ordering it because of its light nigori taste, but it was totally spicy and easy to drink. Many (big-name) people in Kochi choose Tosatsuru or Tsukiyotan, but I like Minami because it is spicy and easy to drink. 👍🏻

Kenkunichi is one of my five favorite sake! The menu at the restaurant said it was light nigori, so I asked for it and got a regular one. But it was dry, clear, and had a good sake taste! It's great! Now that I've tasted it, I wonder if it might have a slightly distinctive aroma. I will drink it again soon. 👍🏻

This is the last in the series I received from my in-laws. It's a regular sake, so it has a moderate sake feel to it, but still easy to drink! Delicious. The description on the back said it was recommended for those who like sweet sake, so I wondered if it would be okay before drinking it! It disappointed me 😂 It's not that sweet! Great! I'll get it again 🤘🏻

A series of alcoholic beverages received from my in-laws. This is the first time I saw this one in terms of size and good design. LOL. It tastes a bit like second-class sake lol. Sake! It has a strong feeling. It's rare and I'll drink it little by little 😂.

I haven't had tazake since a trip to Aomori! The waitress explained that they have recently made it slightly sparkling for young people. It has a little sweetness at first, but the aftertaste is refreshing! We enjoyed it at a soba (buckwheat noodle) restaurant we had been curious about!

I asked for a dry Sukkiri and this is what I got. New Year's Day Shibori! The label said it was "fresh and rich," a little sweet, but quite refreshing! It is delicious! It looks like a good omen, and that combined with the fact that it's a good omen makes it taste even better! LOL!

I got this one when I went back to my in-laws' house for New Year's (I asked for it)! I like Ishizuchi to begin with, but this is really soooo easy to drink! Delicious! I can't get enough of the refreshing feeling. It's also great that it's dry. 👍🏻

The second drink is akabu. I remember the last time I had a glass of Akabu's summer sake here, and it was very tasty. This one is probably normal? It has a great refreshing taste, but I think it is a little sweet! But I think it is a little sweet. It's delicious though! LOL! I told my husband, "No, it's so refreshing and easy to drink, isn't it? It's not sticky and sweet. He has a sharp tongue, so I think his opinion is correct. LOL!

Sushi at a joint birthday party with my husband! I don't have to tell you the sushi is insanely delicious..................... 🥺 I ordered sake, dry Sukkiri, and this is Hidakami! It was my first time to drink Hidakami since I had only had the normal one, but it was just so easy to drink! Maybe a little sweetness? The owner told me that the president of Hidakami loves sushi and that this sake was made to go with sushi! Indeed, that's right! (I have a feeling that's true!)

It's been a long time since I've been to Isshin. The rice is still too delicious. I also drank Shichida for a long time. I don't remember it being this sweet. lol But the aftertaste is rather refreshing and easy to drink! I remember I used to love drinking the green label of Shichida. I will try to find and drink it again!

Background. The second bottle of Bunkajin! Special Junmai! The mouthfeel is unique, but the aftertaste is refreshing and delicious. A little sweet? I feel it is a little sweet. I can't drink another bottle because I'm going home tomorrow. Maybe I should take it home with me. LOL!

We were allowed to compare drinks at the same restaurant! This was my first time drinking Narimasa as well, and I like it a lot. It is spicy and refreshing! But it also has a bit of fruitiness. The toji has been replaced by a new one, and it seems that he has made a refreshing one, whereas it used to have a lot of miscellaneous flavors. It was a real treat!
