Collaboration sake between Sanzen Sakura and Yamama.
Fruity ginjo aroma! In the mouth, it has a tingling sensation that is typical of nama-shu, and it cuts through nicely with gentle sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. It is fresh and dry! It has a strong sense of mountainousness. I mean, if they changed the label, I wouldn't recognize it! Where is the "sanzen sakura" feeling? It's hard for my stupid tongue! It's okay because it's delicious. ❗️

Good evening, Y.I. As you said, it is a delicious sake 🍶I don't think it has the Sanzen Sakura feeling because it was brewed by President Takeda in the mountains😊.
