This is my first packaged sake. From the moment it is opened, a fruity aroma wafts through the air! Sweetness comes first, followed by umami, light acidity, and a touch of bitterness to cut through! Delicious. It is fresh and easy to drink with the tingling sensation of nama-shu. It is a delicious sake!
