Izakaya I found when I went to Yokohama Motomachi. The despres along the street were full of Jyushiyo 🤩. My wife and I were excited to invite our oldest son to join us 🎶. We had a blissful time 🤗 Yokohamajin (1) Daiginjo drinking comparison Umami sweet and very clean with no bitterness or sourness! Almost no bitterness or sourness No wonder it's so popular 🤤!

My Favorite Crops First of all, open the bottle Fruity aroma No cloying taste, refreshing and light, with a firm sweetness and umami, and ending with bitterness It enhances the taste of food without interfering with it. The second day after opening the bottle, the aroma has increased and a full-bodied, elegant sweetness and umami have emerged. Personally, I prefer this one to the one immediately after opening the bottle 😊. 4th day after opening the bottle: The sweetness and umami have slightly decreased, and the taste has changed to a more refreshing one due to the alcohol. The taste varies from day to day but all were delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. As expected from Saku-sama 😊.

I found some fatty red-back mullet at the supermarket. It looked like a good accompaniment for sparklers, so I bought it! First, open the bottle! Fruity aroma A refreshing taste with umami accompanied by a gentle acidity and sweetness 🎶. The 🍶 acidity helped the excess fat of the fish to drain away, and the umami enhanced the taste of the fish, both of which were very enjoyable 😋😋😋😋😋😋. They were a great pair 😊.

The bottle was opened with a pop! Refreshing aroma like sweet fruit! First, the top clearings! A freshness that you wouldn't expect from a 2 year old 🎶. Delicious 🤩! Umami, sweetness, and acidity are exquisite, refreshing, and very clean 😊. Mixing the lees adds a full-bodied sweetness and umami from the rice and mellows it out! Yamasan is delicious and never misses 😍.

Slight aroma of koji Hard to describe when well chilled First time tasting it 🤔I guess I don't have enough vocabulary...💦. As it warms up and approaches room temperature, the sweetness and full-bodied umami of the rice is strongly felt, and a sense of refreshment comes later. Delicious to drink at room temperature 😋😋. Also goes well with sashimi👍

The Stag Beetle was so popular that it was gone in no time, so we opened a bottle of this one 🤤😋. Delicious 😋😋😋😋. Light, no alcohol, round, deep acidity and umami, with a slight sweetness and bitterness at the end... 😳. The sourness seems somehow similar to Senkou Retro 🤔 or is it my imagination 🙄.

My oldest son came home. Invited my wife's parents over for barbeque! I opened a bottle of Stag Beetle that I had been saving in the fridge🎶. Slightly fruity aroma Full-bodied, sweet and sour taste with a slight fruity aroma Tastes like a carbonated lactic acid drink 😋😋😋😋😋😋.
