Fruity aroma Full-bodied sweetness and umami left a lasting impression🤤 Synergistic effect brought out the umami of pork (pork shabu-shabu). This is the sake that got the couple hooked on sake.

My wife wants to drink Saku Impression after a long time, so we go to a liquor store in the city 🚙.
They have a variety of Saku, but the Impression we were looking for 💦 was not available.
When we asked the owner, he said he didn't order any for this year... 😢Please order some next year 🙇🏻♂️
So, I found a bottle of Saku Aizan and another bottle in the fridge, and while rummaging through the fridge, my wife's eyes 🤩 spotted the words "sparkling and nigori".
I immediately took her home and opened the bottle.
Sweet aroma like a lactic acid bacteria drink!
Full-bodied, umami sweetness with almost no sourness.
It has a refreshing taste with just the right amount of bitterness from the sparkling carbonation.

Tasted it with my second son, my eldest son and his wife who came back for GW☺️
Fruity and gorgeous aroma!
Fresh and refreshing, with a firm umami and sweetness, and a final cut by sourness and bitterness.
As expected of Jikin👍Yumami😋!
It goes well with yellowtail and Thai shabu-shabu.

First of all, the aroma, I don't feel much, it has a slight fruity aroma 😅 maybe it's too cold 🤔.

I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, so I carefully opened the bottle: ⚠️
It was so easy to open that it was a bit of a letdown😅.
The aroma is only faintly perceptible.
The taste is fresh, sweet and sour, like a lactobacillus drink.
