Open the bottle being careful not to spill.
When poured into a glass, it has a slightly sweet aroma of rice.
In the mouth, there is almost no sourness, but rather a carbonation, astringency, and alcohol 🤔.
For a moment I thought it tasted like ☃️ or Modern Sanshiki 💦.
As I drank more, I felt the sweetness and umami of the lees in the astringency, with a hint of sourness behind it 🤗.
Day 2: Not even one cup left because I drank too much the day before 💦.
