I found some akazemuro horse mackerel sashimi at a local supermarket🤗. I opened a bottle of Shinsei that I had been saving to clean out the fridge 🎶. Shinsei is still delicious 🤤🤤. It has a refreshing acidity like a white wine, It has a refreshing acidity like a white wine, but with a firm umami and sweetness😊. My wife and I finished a bottle together before we realized it 😳

Open the bottle being careful not to spill. When poured into a glass, it has a slightly sweet aroma of rice. In the mouth, there is almost no acidity, but rather a carbonation, astringency, and alcohol 🤔. For a moment I thought it tasted like ☃️ or Retro Sanshiki 💦. As I drank more, I got the sweetness and umami of the lees in the astringency, with a hint of sourness behind it 🤗. Day 2: Not even one cup left because I drank too much the day before 💦. Lactic acid aroma Full-bodied umami acidity, sweetness, and finally a bitterness to cut through 😊 Not as schwashy as the first day, but just what I was expecting 😊. Delicious 😋😋😋.

Seems like the rate of yakiniku at 🍶 has been high lately 🤔. Maybe I'm cutting corners😅 A little early for Tanabata, but I opened the bottle🎶. Sweet fruity aroma The first sip is sweet! As you drink it, soft acidity, umami, and a hint of bitterness are added to give it a gently balanced taste 😄. Second day: More acidity and umami than the day before 🤗. It was delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.

Sushi from my wife's parents😊. When it comes to sushi, I drink sake🤗. I know it's a weekday, but I opened a bottle of Tasake🎶. Fruity aroma! Slight sweetness and umami, soft acidity and pleasant bitterness, alcohol through the nose, clean taste and a refreshing finish! Delicious 😋😋😋.

My oldest son was back home. Yakiniku for two days in a row😅 I opened a bottle of "Beetle" the day before I opened a bottle of Yamasan. Slightly fruity aroma🎶. Pitchy and fresh 🎶. A perfect balance of sweetness, sourness, bitterness and umami 😊. All Yamasan is delicious 😋😋😋😋. They also shed the fat of the meat and enhance the flavor 🤗. The 4th picture is the Kelp water dipping noodles I had when I went to buy the Yamasan, homemade noodles, delicious 😄.

The first rhinoceros beetle! I have been curious about the beetle since last year! This year I was able to catch it 😄 Sourness, slight sweetness and umami Finally, bitterness. Fruity ginjo aroma Moderately acidic and refreshing, with a firm sweetness and umami, and a bitter finish 🎶. Slightly lighter than Hana Yuu's "Akita Sake Komachi" and can be drunk easily 😊. Delicious 😋😋😋😋.

Driving to the store to buy some stuff. I'm the driver and can't drink. My wife is tasting the wine After tasting Fukkai, she immediately decided to buy it! We bought 3 other bottles that day and headed home! Fukkai was opened on the same day we brought it to the store😊. The first Houou Mita I ever drank was Sake Mirai😊. I was impressed by how delicious it was! It became my favorite brand 🎶. I saw it at the liquor store this time 🤩 so I brought it along without hesitation 😄. Open the bottle! Fruity aroma! Fresh, clean acidity and umamami sweetness with a hint of bitterness 👍Houou Mita 😋. As it approaches room temperature, the umamami sweetness increases and it becomes even more to my liking 🤤I suppressed my desire to drink more, and half of it will be drunk the next day... 2nd day The taste is less refreshing, but instead, the umamami sweetness increases and the taste is gentle and smooth. ☺️ It was delicious both right after opening the bottle and on the second day 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.

My wife wants to drink Saku Impression after a long time, so we go to a liquor store in the city 🚙. They have a variety of Saku, but the Impression we were looking for 💦 was not available. When we asked the owner, he said he didn't order any for this year... 😢Please order some next year 🙇🏻‍♂️ So, I found a bottle of Saku Aizan and another bottle in the fridge, and while rummaging through the fridge, my wife's eyes 🤩 spotted the words "sparkling and nigori". I immediately took her home and opened the bottle. Sweet aroma like a lactic acid bacteria drink! Full-bodied, umami sweetness with almost no sourness. It has a refreshing taste with just the right amount of bitterness from the sparkling carbonation. Refreshing taste, delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.
