Fourth bottle for home drinking in 2024. Jungin Prism by Haneya. I bought this bottle on a trip to Toyama and have fond memories of it. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, so it is juicy and full of flavor, but not too sweet and delicious, and has a smooth aftertaste so you can drink it for a long time 🤤.

The wine is made from Collage Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki! It has a sweet and delicious taste with a slight dryness and bitterness in the aftertaste. It is delicious!

My new favorite cold chrysanthemum 🍶. It's slightly effervescent, fresh and fruity but not too sweet, with a bit of bitterness, just the right balance 🙆‍♂️!

The moment the package was opened, the lid popped off😇. It seems that the temperature was too high when stored at 5℃, so it is a good idea to cool it down in the refrigerator before opening the package. It's not too sweet and you can drink more and more of it. Delicious 🤤.
