29th bottle for home drinking in 2024 🍶. Kameizumi CEL-24, regular Hachitan Nishiki 🌾 as there is no sake rice listed. I've had it outside but this is my first time drinking it at home 😎. The sake is -15 on the sake level, so it was quite sweet 🍬 It was delicious, but I personally would have liked a bit more crispness 😼.

The 28th bottle of home brew in 2024 🍶. This is the second time this year that I've had a producing Ni No Jo! I have nothing more to say about this one, it's consistently delicious 🤤. One that I always want to have in the fridge at home, as soon as I finish it, I want to buy more 🙈. I'm glad it's becoming more and more popular, but I hope the easy availability situation doesn't somehow change😇.

The 27th bottle of 2024 to drink at home 🍶. Nitoshi's light nigori sparkling 🐇I was told to be careful when opening it at the store where I bought it, but it spilled over spectacularly 🤣. I love bubbly sake, so this was quite a hit for me personally 🤤I went gulping it down! The label is cute too and I'll probably buy it again 🥳.

26th bottle of home brew in 2024 🍶. Takeba from Noto, Ishikawa Prefecture, Saved by Kurumata Shuzo. The Kurumata Brewery rescued the malt from the damaged Sudoma Brewery in Noto and brewed this sake 😌. The taste is clean, sharp, and quite dry 😎I've been drinking a lot of sweet and savory lately, so this type of sake was nice to have once in a while 😋.

The 25th bottle of 2024 to drink at home 🍶. Gunma Prefecture's Sei no Wakamizu💧I thought the name "Wakamizu" referred to the spring water used for sake brewing or something, but it was the name of a rice variety! My mistake🤣. It's unfiltered raw and lightly active shuwa shuwa🫧 delicious 😋.

The 24th bottle of home brew in 2024 🍶. I bought this Omine 🌾 last year and let it sit in the cellar. It is fire-aged so it has a mild, calm and gentle flavor. It has no peculiarities and no cloying taste, so it's a pretty easy-drinking kind of sake 🤤.

23rd bottle for home drinking in 2024🍶. Gorin Junmai Sake (Namaishu) from Kurumada Shuzo in Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture. It has a refreshing taste, but not too light and drinkable. It was delicious 🤤.

The 22nd bottle for home drinking in 2024 🍶. Matsu no Kotobuki, Junmai Ginjo, Shizuku Label💧 from Tochigi Prefecture. I dug up a brand that had been sleeping in the fridge at home since about January 🔩. It has a sake strength of +3.5, which is right between sweet and dry, and it was easy to drink, with a slight flavor but not too thick 😋Thanks for the drink 🙏.

The 21st bottle to drink at home in 2024 🍶. Kaze no Mori's Aburacho Brewery brewed this one using yeast #6 as a tribute to Shinsei 🤤. The sake rice is Akitsuho from Nara prefecture, which is unique to Kaze no Mori, and it is a fusion of tradition and modern technology made with the Bodai-Hashimoto brewing method 🥳. It was like a combination of the usual Kaze-no-mori's delicious and refreshing taste with the aromatic white wine feel of Shinsei No.6! It was delicious 😋.

The 20th bottle 🍶 of home drinking in 2024. This is the first time I drank Souhyo from Tochigi Prefecture. The taste is rather robust and mellow, I think. It's a brand that I usually don't choose to buy myself, so it was a valuable encounter 😋.

The 19th bottle for home drinking in 2024 🍶! We opened the bottle at a sake party (3)! This is a special brand from Kangiku that is only made on leap day every 4 years! It's a special sake made from Gohyakumangoku (because it's leap day) and reduced to 29% 😆. Even though every Kangiku is delicious, I felt a special taste due to its rarity 🤤 (I drank so many different kinds of sake that I don't remember the taste in detail from this area 😂) If I come across it again in 4 years, I would like to buy it!

The 18th bottle for home drinking in 2024 🍶. Corked at the sake party (2)! Junmai Daiginjo, Gohyakumangoku 🌾 from Hanahayo. The first sip of the bottle was a fruity and intense taste of "Hanahayo Yoku"! It was a fruity sake with a very strong taste 🤤It might be the tentative No.1 brand for drinking at home this year. ☝️ It's hard to find, but I'd buy it again if I had the chance!

The 17th bottle for home drinking in 2024 🍶. The bottle was opened at a sake party (1)! No.6 R-type, I drank it for the first time. It tasted more acidic? It tasted like a white wine 🍾 I wonder if the fact that it was made in a wooden vat contributed to the wine-like taste. It was delicious 🤤.

The 16th bottle of home brew in 2024 🍶. Shichibon-yari from Shiga Prefecture! We got this from a certain store's hanpukai 👍. It seems to be an 80% polished rice sake that is made by daring to keep the rice polishing ratio low to preserve the original flavor of the rice. The taste is exactly as described on the back label! It is a sake with a strong core and a strong outline! It has a strong core and a strong flavor profile 💪 It has a nice sharpness and is perfect as a food sake! It is delicious 🤤.

We had it for a drink outside 🍶. Yamamoto no Uki Uki. The pink label looks like spring 🤤 ☀️ The temperature went up quickly from that day and it became more like spring, so this was a drink that suited the season! It was delicious 🤤.

We had this outside for drinking, Kangiku's Sunny Day ☀️ The sake rice is Yamadanishiki x Akaban Omachi, which means it's made with two different types of rice, right? I think it means they made it with two different types of rice!

The 15th bottle of home brew in 2024 🍶. Yamagata's Sou Yuu, I drank it for the first time! I bought this for January from a certain hanpukai 😎. The rice is Gohyakumangoku🌾 and the freshness is typical of new sake. It seems to go well with strong flavors. It is delicious 🤤.

The 14th bottle of home brew in 2024 🍶. Niigata abe, first time drinking it 😃. It's delicious, shwashy, refreshing, and tart! Easy to drink! It's a little low at 13% alcohol, so I'm sure I'll slurp it down and drink too much 🤤. It might be quite a hit for me personally, I'll buy it again if I see it again!

The 13th home brew in 2024 🍶. It's my first bottle of 🤤. I bought this last December and haven't been able to open it since then 💤. The taste is dark sweet! The taste is a deep sweetness, followed by a tangy spiciness! The taste is very strong and sweet! I've read many people's reviews and they say that the second half of the taste is tightened up as you would expect from Aruzoe. I'm learning a lot 🤔. The sake rice is called Ibi no Homare, which is also a first for me! This kind of sake rice that is unique to the brand also has a special feel to it 🌾. No wonder this sake is so popular 🍶.

The 12th bottle for home drinking in 2024 🍶. I opened a bottle of Tasake's Kojono-Nishiki, which I had bought last summer and left sleeping 🌾. The aroma is fruity and complex with a slight sweetness and sourness, there is no fizz but it has a tangy feel to it 🤤. I found out that Kojo-nishiki is the first rice developed by Aomori Prefecture that is optimal for sake brewing. And the only brewery that uses Kojo-nishiki is Nishida Shuzo in Tasake, so it seems to be a very rare brand 📝.
