Record of drinking outside (2)
One of Kaze no Mori's classic sake, Akitsuho 507🌾.
Kaze no Mori is consistently delicious no matter how many times you drink it 🤤.

Abe, I wanted to try this star series VEGA🌌 It is slightly lower in alcohol content at 13%, and as it says in the scene "during dinner", it seemed to be able to be drunk with anything without making a strange statement 😋.
The 56th bottle of home brew in 2024 🍶.
Tasake Micro Bubble🫧 that I didn't get to drink last year.
I didn't know that this is made by adding carbon dioxide gas, not active gas from fermentation. That's why they call it Sparkling Sake 🤔 Whatever it was, it was delicious 🤤.

The 55th bottle for home drinking in 2024 🍶.
This is Tenka Nishiki from Mie Prefecture, which I received from the hanpukai.
The label on the back of the bottle said it was recommended to be cooled or lukewarm, but I just drank it chilled in the fridge 😂 It was delicious!

The 54th bottle for home drinking in 2024 🍶.
Fukuhara Hanpukai limited edition, directly pumped raw sake with a large issue. As a horse lover, the label alone is already highly satisfying 🐴🐴 lol.
The coarse orikura (rice cake) is very entwined with the sake, and it is rich and full of flavor 🍶.
It is also high in alcohol (17%), so it's the kind that will make you drunk 🤤Thanks for the drink 🙏.

53rd bottle of 2024 home brew 🍶.
Fourth bottle opened at our regular sake party🍶.
Kangiku drinking comparison, this is Aomi 🏝️
Both bottles were delicious 😋The bottle design is nice and summery👍
The 51st bottle of sake opened at the house in 2024🍶.
Second bottle opened at our regular sake party 🍶.
Ni Nojo Jo🌾 of the Land of Origin.
It's my personal most recommended classic sake, shuwa shuwa, stable and delicious 🤤.
The 49th bottle 🍶 of home brew in 2024.
Rather rare, Kawanakajima Genmai ⛰️
This is the first time I've registered a Nagano sake on the sakewa app, now I have another prefecture to fill 🗾😁.
The taste is somewhere between sweet and spicy? It's not sweet, but it has a strong umami flavor and is rich and full of flavor 🤤 It's unfiltered, so it's fresh and just a little tangy, a delicious bottle 🍶Thank you 🙏🙏.

I got a bottle of Jyushiyo 🤤.
It's the best 🤤 The label on the back says something like a rice version of a horse's pedigree chart 🌾.

Haneya 煌火🪶.
Haneya is pretty high on my list of favorite brands, and I usually drink it when I find myself out drinking 😋.
It's delicious with a clean, fresh, sharp taste 🤤.
The 48th home brew in 2024 🍶.
Kyoto, Nichinichi no Aiyama🌾.
Since the last 47th bottle, I've been on a campaign to fill in the prefectures not yet filled in on the Sake-no-wa app 🗾 (Hokkaido -> Kyoto -> Nagano is next on the agenda)
Aizan in Nichinichi seems to be quite valuable!
It's made with 12% alcohol, low alcohol, slightly sparkling, slightly chili, softly gorgeous aroma and sweetness, and tastes elegant and refined without being too assertive!
The price was a little high, but the taste is worth it 🤤.

The 47th home drinking in 2024 🍶.
Tokachi from Kamikawa Daisetsu, Hokkaido. This is my first brand for drinking at home! Kamikawa Daisetsu Brewery has three breweries, and the sake made at the Hekiun Brewery in Tokachi is sold under the brand name "Tokachi" 🧐.
The sake rice is a comet produced in Hokkaido☄️ and is somewhere in between sweet and spicy or light and dark. It has quite a lot of umami and a slightly tangy aftertaste that you can drink all the time without getting sick of it🍶I quite liked this type of sake. 🙆♂️

The 46th bottle of 2024 to drink at home🍶.
Shinsei Flax Cat 🐈I've had it outside, but this is the first time I've had one at home🍶.
The concept of Flaxcat is that it uses white malted rice and has high acidity. I guess I didn't read the label on the back when I drank it outside or I had no idea 🤣.
The taste was indeed nice and sour 😎I think it tasted even better on the second day than the first day after opening it👍.
I enjoyed it with cheese 🤤.

Katsuma, we are very grateful to be able to drink in Tokyo. 🙇♂️
I enjoyed it while remembering my trip to Toyama last year 🤤.
Drinking out for the first time in a long time (2)
I saw Jikin's Sake Mirai for the first time! 🍶.
The fact that they use Sake Mirai is a mystery to me 😋The color of the label is also a nice touch 👍🟦.
It was a bit sweet and it was just like Jikin! It was pretty much right in the middle of my favorite 🤤.
