The 63rd bottle for home drinking in 2024🍶. Sanada Rokubun Sen🍶 brewed by Yamazan Sake Brewery I've never had a Yamazan before, but I started with this one 🤣. I imagined it would be a more subdued style from the rather classical label, but it is quite different, being unfiltered, it has a strong freshness and a slightly dry and tangy taste, which I enjoyed as a food sake 🤤. My favorite level: ★★★★★⭐︎⭐︎

The 59th bottle of home brew in 2024 🍶. Kangiku's Sake Mirai! A rare collaboration of my favorite brand and my favorite sake rice, I can't get enough 🍶! It was a stable Kangiku taste from sweet and delicious, not only sweet but also crisp in the back 😋I want to buy this again next year without missing it! My favorite degree ★★★★★★⭐︎

The 58th bottle for home drinking in 2024🍶. Higashi Tsuru THE ORIGIN from Saga Prefecture, given to us by the Fukuhara hanpukai👍. It is a standard sake, not a hanpukai limited edition, but it was picked up because they wanted all hanpukai members to try it 😎. The 57th bottle 🍶 of home drinking in 2024 A rare bottle of Ryoseki that I received from the hanpukai. The rice used for the sake was Kame-no-o and it was stored in ice for a year after being fire-brewed once 🧊. The taste was firm and calm😋. Record of drinking outside (1) Abe, I wanted to try this star series VEGA🌌 It is slightly lower in alcohol content at 13%, and as it says in the scene "during dinner", it seemed to be able to be drunk with anything without making a strange statement 😋.

The 56th bottle of home brew in 2024 🍶. Tasake Micro Bubble🫧 that I didn't get to drink last year. I didn't know that this is made by adding carbon dioxide gas, not active gas from fermentation. The 55th bottle for home drinking in 2024 🍶. This is Tenka Nishiki from Mie Prefecture, which I received from the hanpukai. The label on the back of the bottle said it was recommended to be cooled or lukewarm, but I just drank it chilled in the fridge 😂 It was delicious! The 54th bottle for home drinking in 2024 🍶. Fukuhara Hanpukai limited edition, directly pumped raw sake with a large issue. As a horse lover, the label alone is already highly satisfying 🐴🐴 lol. The coarse orikura (rice cake) is very entwined with the sake, and it is rich and full of flavor 🍶.
