This is my 31st bottle of 2024 🍶.
This is my first Sairai from Saitama Prefecture for home drinking 🤤This brand has become quite popular and I think many stores sell it with restrictions 😳I like the sound of the name, it has a beautiful and delicate atmosphere 😌.
The taste is somewhere in between sweet and spicy. It has a sweet mouthfeel with a crisp aftertaste. If I had to decide whether it is dark or light, I would say it is rather strong and dark.
To help you remember the differences in taste, I'm going to add this to the list of flavors! Based on intuition 🤪.
