This is my second bottle of Neko Spa this year 🐈.
It's a second fermentation in bottle with a strong acidity from the white malted rice brewing 🌾It's delicious 🤤.

I drank it last year as well, so two years in a row 🍶It has personally become synonymous with winter sake: ❄️
I quite like this one 🤤 It has the gasiness of activity, a crispness that is not pure sweetness and deliciousness, and the perfect freshness and richness as the label on the back says.

I received this bottle from Fukuhara Sake Shop's hanpukai (distribution).
I've never had that much Tenga Nishiki, but this one seems to be a special bottle that is different from the regular Tenga Nishiki 🍶.
I think it's dry and robust? It's a little different from my personal taste, but I enjoyed it because it's a rare sake 🤤.

Kangiku's Orange Sea Arrival, the last bottle of the Flight series trilogy following Departure and Inflight: ✈️
The name "Arrival" was inspired by the image of an airplane passing over the orange-colored Kujukuri area before landing 🌆.
As the label says, it was delicious with a calm taste 🤤.

Sanada Rokubun Sen🍶 brewed by Yamazan Sake Brewery
I've never had a Yamazan before, but I started with this one 🤣.
I imagined it would be a more subdued style from the rather classical label, but it is quite different, being unfiltered, it has a strong freshness and a slightly dry and tangy taste, which I enjoyed as a food sake 🤤.

This is a summer-only bottle called Satin 🐇 from my hometown, Aichi Prefecture.
It comes in a rare 500ml narrow bottle. The blue bottle is fresh and summery! I drank it in the fall 🤣.
It was delicious 🤤.

Kangiku's Sake Mirai! A rare collaboration of my favorite brand and my favorite sake rice, I can't get enough 🍶!
It was a stable Kangiku taste from sweet and delicious, not only sweet but also crisp in the back 😋I want to buy this again next year without missing it!

Higashi Tsuru THE ORIGIN from Saga Prefecture, given to us by the Fukuhara hanpukai👍.
It is a standard sake, not a hanpukai limited edition, but it was picked up because they wanted all hanpukai members to try it 😎.
It was so good that it was so highly recommended, I had a feeling it would be very popular 🤤.

A rare bottle of Ryoseki that I received from the hanpukai.
The rice used for the sake was Kame-no-o and it was stored in ice for a year after being fire-brewed once 🧊.
The taste was firm and calm😋.
