The sake rice is Akitsuho from Nara prefecture, which is unique to Kaze no Mori, and it is a fusion of tradition and modern technology made with the Bodai-Hashimoto brewing method 🥳.
It was like a combination of the usual Kaze-no-mori's delicious and refreshing taste with the aromatic white wine feel of Shinsei No.6! It was delicious 😋.
