This is my personal opinion. Abe, I drank it for the first time. I was always curious about Abe. It is hard to find Abe in Hokkaido's sake stores. It is only sold at a sake store in Otaru. I dropped by on my way home from work. Miraculously, I found Abe. The aroma is fruity. Sweet flavor on the palate. Sourness on the tongue and throat, clean and refreshing Easy to drink, easy to drink, easy to drink Let's go, asshole! From the website Junmai Daiginjo-shu, the flagship of the Abe series. By polishing the koji rice and kake rice to 45%, we have created a fruity and crisp sake with little cloying taste. The juicy and rich taste is refreshingly summed up by the acidity.
